Wow! I use this almost every day. It has improved the appearance of carpets, furniture, clean kitchen and bathroom. I even steam my mattress and sketchers! Heat up time fast, lightweight and easy to use. Sturdy and easy to put together. Takes up little space. Recommend.

Really good steamer although is bit heavy when using hand steamer

When I opened the box there seemed to be a daunting number of little polythene bags, but once I got started I found most of the items fairly intuitive to attach, that is,once I managed to Detach the handle to use them, since this took a bit of fingernail-breaking effort, but I expect that is a bit of a knack and I must admit I was a little impatient to try the 'bits', having used the floor mop and found it light, maneuverable, and very efficient. Except that is for the little cleaning pad, which seems too small, and didn't get right into the corners, so I used one from my old steam mop, which is bigger and much better. The tiles (ceramic) dried quickly and I noticed that one or two small bits of 'trodden in' food softened and were cleaned away if I left the steam on them for just a few seconds. There were no streaks or puddles, and the floor looks quite shiny. I steamed over my two door mats, and although, as expected, the cleaning wasn't great, but it did freshen them up. I also steamed over the small carpeted area at the dining end of my kitchen, and that was fresher too. I didn't find any problem with the carpet glider not being 'attached'. Using the hand held I found it very useful to be able to switch off the steam with a simple button, so that I could wipe of the dirt from my hob etc, but the tiny scrubbing brushes are, again,too small to clean the sink quickly, still that's probably me, rushing to get the job done. The oven door doesn't look a whole lot better, but I expect another 'go' will improve things. The lavatory bowl and seat were clean and shiny when I had just given them a quick blast, but they are done every day anyway, with detergent and brush, and were not exactly dirty. I have not yet used the window cleaning or clothes steaming bits, Including reading the manual, unpacking the bits, and trying the ones mentioned, took under an hour, so I am fairly happy with my purchase.

This steamer gives advice and starter to prevent limescale build up , which all steamers suffer from but few give such help , to prevent it destroying the machine. It says use tap water but the machine will last longer I suspect if you used boiled or bought steamer water. I lost my first H2OX5 to limescale so looking after this to prevent it happening. Such a good product if instructions followed.

Purchased this steam mop after reading numerous reviews, for me this was the one that ticked the boxes. I wanted the attachments to clean other things and at a reasonable cost. Used for the first time before I put my Christmas decorations up, I was surprised by how dirty my wooden floors were. Set up was easy and off I went. The only thing I would point out is there was only one cover for floor cleaning so will have to buy additional ones

Fantatic peice of kit!!

I am disappointed in the performance of this steamer. I bought it to replace a very old one. ( At least 20 years old) However I feel my old one is more efficient certainly more powerful. I should have purchased one that the hand held unit just clipped out. It’s not so easy to change from hand held to floor steamer to complete one room. I don’t feel high power is very forceful.

Please don't be fooled by its stylish good looks and flashy red skin, or the much better reviews on the red version that the green. This mop is absolute rubbish. Look at the reviews on other colours before you buy. I used this as a handheld steamer a few times, and twice on floors, and until it broke was thinking how good it was and how it would be nice to leave a good review. Then, as I was very gently mopping the kitchen floor (because the handle feels extremely flimsy) it clunked and then became super easy to push - the reason for this was because the head had come away from its base!!! (see photo). I am appalled at how flimsy this mop actually is as a floor mop. I fixed it back together, which was no easy feat, and set off again, very very very gently and the exact same thing happened again. Useless as it lasted less than 3 minutes before coming apart again and more than 20 minutes to fix... As a hand held I was reasonably happy. It brought my tiles up beautifully, cleaned my windows a bit (but left them so streaked they need doing again), steamed my clothing (but seriously it would have been quicker to get out an iron and looked smarter too), the carpet was a non starter, although it glided beautifully over my carpet, easier in fact that on the kitchen floors, it did absolutely nothing apart from make the carpet wet. Back in the kitchen... The oven door needed a serious going over and at first glance it did seem to do a good job, but I was just left with a smeary sticky mess that refused to budge so that I needed to go and buy brillo pads to clean it - may as well have done that in the first place. Tried in the bathroom too, but hot soapy water would have been quicker and more effective! On a positive note, the brass wire brush was good and the little rubbery brush didn't disintegrate on its first use like some I have used previously. The floor cloth didn't shrink when I washed it and the other cloths are easy to put on. Not recommended unless you have money to throw away!

gia' conoscevo il prodotto quindi tutto nella norma,peccato che mi e' stato inviato con spina di corrente americana quindi ho dovuto spendere altri 12 euro per un kit adattatore alle nostre prese italiane.

This was a very big disappointment. It switches on but does not heat up at all AND SO, NOT making any steam. Not at all like the demonstration on it. I’ll advise not to waste your money on this item

This product is amazing, I haven’t cleaned the stove top in 9 months and this literally melted the grease. I have always hated cleaning but this feels like a toy so I am having fun. I haven’t used all the attachments yet and this was the second time I used it. Also use it on the highest power ( level 4) for the best effect

Did not get any of the additional accessories, just the mop, and usual attachments. No extra pads as advertised.
