Very good price for two original DJI batteries that are strong and have a 25 min battery life per charge

I purchased a refurbished DJI Mavic 3 Classic drone, so figured the spare batteries I purchased could be refurbished (used). It seems I won the lottery as the batteries I received were not only original DJI batteries, they also were brand new in sealed retail boxes with 0 charge cycles. Very happy with my purchase and the savings!

Very disappointed. I will not be using these batteries because I don't trust the quality based on the condition in which they arrived. I put both batteries on a charger. One battery was dead on arrival showing 0% and ~13v (waaaay below what it should ever be for a storage charge 4S Li-Ion battery). The other showed ~6% or ~15v, also below what a properly refurbished battery should be. The batteries were clean and had no wear, but they arrived loosely packaged together in a bubble mailer (inside a larger box with other loose items) (photos for reference). I had made a previous order of these batteries from Camrise about 8 months ago and those were excellent quality, like new. What's up with that, Camrise? I'll return these and try a different seller if Camrise can't help.

These two batteries came in sealed DJI boxes from Camrise a DJI authorized retailer. I have bought items from their name DroneSuperstore (on a popular auction site) online and have always received basically new products on their renewed listings. This one was a bit different, although the boxes were both sealed with the DJI seals and marked Open Box by DJI on the label, they were both used batteries (though I’m sure tested to work like new). One of the batteries had 30 charging cycles on it, and the other had 9. Not bad numbers, but considering that DJI warranties their batteries for 100 cycles, getting one that’s 30% used up already is a bit disappointing. Would I recommend this listing? Yes I would, but I wish the price was a bit better, I’d want at least adiscount for the listing considering the battery has a shortened lift span by 30% percent. Either way both batteries charged up great and should work for a few years to come (or I crash my drone which may happen first).

These were 100 percent refurbished batteries or return batteries. Like buying new. Low cycle count and lasts awhile. Thank you

The batteries I got had only 3 cycles each. DJI confirmed that they are factory DJI batteries as well.
