Wanted something better than my headset mic to use on discord and in game voice chat. But didn’t want to spend too much on a preamp and xlr mic (too many cables). After some research I came across this mic and it fit the bill perfectly! It’s pretty much plug n play and if you wanna download the software for it it’s pretty good too. You can adjust things like gain, vocal pattern, limiter and other stuff, no settings for highs, mids, and lows but that’s to be expected at this price point tbh. Friends say it’s def an upgrade compared to my previous mic though! There’s a 3.5mm headphone Jack built into the back of the mic for your headphones and a mute button on it too (on the mic) it turns red when you’re muted to that’s pretty cool and you can turn on mic monitoring to make sure everything sounds good. Got options for usb connection (usb c and it has an adapter for standard usb connection) AND it’s got XLR connection in case I do want to buy a preamp to hook it up to. Curious to see what the quality would be like using that instead of the usb connection but even with usb it sounds really clear! All in all, I would recommend this to anyone on a budget looking to buy something that’s great quality but not wanting to break the bank.

I’ve been using this mic with XLR for around 2 years and I can pretty confidently say that it’s a quality mic, especially for the price. It was easy to set up to the maonocaster E2 and the options with the paired combo is great. It still functions great and sounds like a quality expensive microphone. The only thing I would say kind of bummed me out was that the lights do not work on the mic when using XLR. Otherwise great mic and worth the value!

Eğer bir ses kartı zart zurtunuz yoksa paketinde beraber gelen USBC/A-to-C kablosuyla direkt makinelere takıp kullanabiliyorsunuz. Bununla beraber FIFINE CS1 mikrofon kolunu da ayrıca tavsiye ederim.

J’utilise ce micro MAONO dynamique XLR-USB depuis un moment pour mes vidéos face cam, mes podcasts et quelques enregistrements plus classiques, et il fait vraiment un excellent travail. La qualité sonore est propre, chaleureuse et très agréable à écouter, avec une bonne réduction des bruits de fond grâce à la capsule dynamique. Le gros avantage, c’est la double connectique XLR + USB. En USB, l’installation est immédiate : on branche et ça fonctionne sans réglages compliqués. En XLR, on peut l’intégrer dans une interface audio pour aller encore plus loin dans la qualité. Cette polyvalence est vraiment appréciable. Le micro est solide, très bien construit, avec des boutons accessibles directement dessus : mute instantané, contrôle du gain, monitoring casque… Tout est là pour améliorer le confort d’utilisation, surtout pendant les enregistrements ou en live. Le logiciel fourni est simple mais pratique pour gérer les réglages essentiels. Pour quelqu’un qui veut un son propre rapidement sans se prendre la tête, c’est parfait. Que ce soit en face cam, pour des podcasts, du streaming ou de la voix-off, il fait le job sans broncher. La voix est nette, pleine, et beaucoup plus professionnelle qu’avec un micro USB d’entrée de gamme. En résumé : un micro polyvalent, fiable, simple à utiliser et au rendu vraiment pro pour son prix.
