We recieved thia product promptly altering placing the order. It arrived and looked great. Unfortunately the battery cover wouldn't fit back on properly once the battery was connected which wasn't ideal. It also was not as easy to use as I was expecting it to be. The dial had to be turned quite alot to actually allow the bleeper to go off and then it could only detect items very close. Might be worth spending more money to invexmst in something that works properly even if it is aimed at young children.

This is a cute little toy...it just glasses with a torch and a magnifine pull out piece...but my boys like them...but remember it's just a toy for bit of fun to explore in the dark...

Firstly, as someone else pointed out, the item is shipped without being put into any kind of covering, so the label gets stuck onto the outside of the box and it can get wet if left in your safe place and as these kinds of things are always going to be gifts for kids it's a bit thoughtless.I really like this, if course its not nvg, it's a fifteen quid toy, you wouldn't buy a Kid a toy car and complain that it has no engine. It is supposed to get a kid to use their imagination, I think kids don't get to do that enough and now we have a society full of folks that can't think for themselves and follow the herd.My only criticism is that there are blue leds and blue filter, the scope has a yellow filter too, that's too much filtering and I think would work better with white leds.

As an adult I can barely see anything a few feet away woth this. Children can see nothing. Tiny pens on it. Very bad for looking at stars can see nothing. Don’t recommend.Came with nice stand. No good though if no one can see out of it.

I thought these would enable the youngest grandchildren to go into the garden in the dark and see things through the goggles,but that doesn’t seem to be the case. The fact that they are called night vision glasses is misleading. I am really not sure what they do .They are now back in the box as they didn’t impress two 7 year olds .

Couldn't see anything through the lens, very unclear. Waste of money

Bought this for my Grandson as part of his Christmas I'm sure he will love it.
