I really like this iron supplement. I love love love the gel caps. My only issue is the price. I'm on a fixed income, and this tends to run on the high side of pricing. Very well packaged.

I have iron deficiency anemia, so I have to take a daily iron supplement. I’ve found this one to be the best overall. * The small gel pill is easy to swallow * Since iron needs to be taken on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, it’s hard to find one that doesn’t upset the stomach. This one is perfect. I take it with OJ (helps absorption) and it has never upset my stomach. I also have a sensitive stomach. * It also contains Folic Acid and B12. Both beneficial for anemia.

This is a good quality supplement suggested by my primary care doctor. I have no complaints at all from taking it.
