This is the first time I m writing a review on Amazon, I just loved the machine, very useful, very practical, light, easy to carry when traveling with baby, makes the food for your little one very blended and easy to eat, the only thing that I didn’t receive the small pouches with it for storing the food

*Detailed review Alert* To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I was ordering the chef handy baby food processor because I hadn't heard of the brand before and was not sure of its quality but I went ahead and ordered it because of the convenience it offered at that price point. When I received the product, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and the whole unit had a good finish to it. Just like its looks it worked like a gem. Preparing food for my little one was a piece of cake with it's set timers for steaming and auto blend option. Everything went well for the first 3 months. Then one day my wife said there was a small click sound from the plug point and subsequently the equipment refused to come on. Fearing the worst, I contacted the chef handy team through Amazon and asked for assistance. They were super prompt, reached out to me for a video of what's happening. Once I sent that they had said it must be a blown out fuse and they agreed to send me a few and were also kind enough to send me a video showing how to replace the fuse. I did that but to our bad luck that did not solve the problem. So I reached out to them again and they were kind enough to fully replace the old unit with a brand new upgraded unit completely free of cost. They also requested me to ship the old damaged unit back to their factory in China. They told me this is completely optional and only if I am willing to help their R&D understand the failure then they would also completely refund the cost of shipping. I did that as I had already received a new unit and as a customer using a brand, I wanted to do my bit to help them. They promptly refunded the entire shipping cost to me as well. It's hard to find brands that are this committed to customer service. I did not realise this when I placed the order but now I will whole heartedly trust chef handy and all their products. I wish their team the best and looking forward to buying and using more of their products. A big thumbs up to the entire team and all their products.

Box was damaged when I got it. I have to return the item it’s a sensitive product for baby please be very careful with that. Thanks.

I was looking for a blender for making baby food and I came across this product and I'm delighted I chose this. It makes preparing baby's meals so easy, it steams, blends and warms up food. I also love the sterilising feature that I use to clean the machine after I blend meat etc. It is surprisingly compact and doesn't take up much space. I have no hesitation in giving this product 5 stars.

Guter Nahrungszubereiter für Babys und Kleinkinder. Das Gerät gart jede Art von Gemüse, das sich im gleichen Arbeitsschritt auch gleich kleinmixen lässt. Das spart schon mal Zeit beim Zubereiten und es muss nicht so viel gespült werden. Sauber machen ist kein großes Ding, etwas Wasser und Spüli in den Behälter und den Mixer anschalten, bei Bedarf danach einfach den Sterilisationsmodus anschalten. Spülmaschine geht natürlich auch, der Behälter ist aus Edelstahl. Flaschenaufwärm-Funktion ist auch vorhanden, wurde aber von uns nicht benutzt. Wir hatten dann nach einem Jahr zwar ein kleines Problem mit dem Display - ich möchte dafür aber keinen Stern abziehen, da uns vom Kundenservice wirklich sehr schnell, freundlich und kostenlos geholfen wurde. Vorbildlich! Alles in Allem waren wir also zufrieden mit unserem Kauf!

I absolutely love this Chef Handly baby food maker! As a mom trying to prepare healthy, homemade meals for my baby, this little machine has made my life so much easier. It steams and blends all in one, which means fewer dishes and faster prep. I can throw in veggies or fruits, set the timer, and it does the rest. The design is super sleek and compact .... it doesn’t take up much space on my counter and actually looks pretty cute in my kitchen. The digital display is simple and intuitive, and the different steam times for various ingredients (shown on the front) are a thoughtful touch. Cleaning is a breeze.....the container and blade come apart easily, and I just rinse them under warm water. Definitely recommend this for anyone making baby food at home or even small purees for adults. 10/10!
