This is an exact fit for my Asus E410M laptop. The replacement process is easy - just keep track of the tiny screws as you work. The connector is held with a clip that slides back to allow lifting it - don't force it. Charged, it ran on battery for several hours, processing Windows 11 updates more, and still reported 71% remaining - better than the OEM part when the laptop was new.

This worked great and better than buying a new computer! My daughter has a cheap ASUS computer and it couldn’t hold a charge after a few years. This worked great and was relatively easy to change out. I am not a technological person, but I watched a YouTube video of a guy changing it out, which was helpful. But it’s really not that hard. The longest part is taking all the screws out of the bottom of the computer, so it will open up. Once it does, you see the exact same battery and how it is installed….it literally just clips onto some little wires in the computer. The only sticking point I had when changing it out, that was not shown in the YouTube video, is there is a little metal latch that goes over where the wires connect. It’s teeny tiny. You have to flip that latch up in order for the old battery to disconnect from the new battery. Then, when you hook together the new battery with the computer, you need to put that latch back down. But this is a super inexpensive way to get a computer working again!

This arrived at around 75% power, and replaced the stock battery in my PC 15-eg0000 with no issues. After swapping the battery, it charged to 100% easily, discharged to 8% within a few hours with nothing running on the laptop but the screen brightness at max, but while showing 8% the laptop shut off. This fit my HP PC 15-eg0000 laptop perfectly, so if you're replacing a HW03XL battery, this is the right size. I'm charging it to 100% again with the power off, since the instructions that come with the battery say to discharge to 10% and repeat 3-4 times. The change from 11% to 8% and turning off was abrupt, but so far this is working as expected. If following the instructions that come with the battery causes problems, I'll update this review.

Product works fine and came in quickly. The only issue I had was the installation: The tabs on the battery were slighting out of alignment. This required additional time on the installation of the battery to the frame.

Expectations? Crushed. Performance? Laughable. Value? If disappointment were currency, I’d be rich. If you’re looking for a battery that will: • Quit early • Lower your standards • Make you question your life choices …then congratulations, you’ve found it. Otherwise, save your money and just keep your laptop plugged into the wall like it’s on life support—because that’s basically what this battery is doing anyway.
