Great product for lighting home photography and video projects. Lots of variety in color and brightness. Easy to set-up. Flexible pivot mount makes it vary versatile. Good size for desk-top projects.

I bought these for my small video studio. They work well! The set comes with two tripods that go up to just over four feet high, and include a removable ball mount so the lights can be adjusted to any desired position. Without the tripods, the lights can also be mounted anywhere using the ball mounts and standard 1/4-inch tripod threaded screws, such as from walls or ceiling beams. So far I'm only using the white light on the warmest setting. I really like the different brightness levels. From dimmest to brightest, each setting can really make a difference on exposure. With some testing, you can get the perfect light balance, especially when using other lights with this set. The light panels have a slotted groove in the front that looks designed for slide-in filters, but the set doesn't include any and there's no mention of this feature anywhere as far as I know. You can probably cut different filter materials to fit into the slots, if needed. The whole set is compact and lightweight. The one thing I'm not crazy about is that the cord is permanently installed in the lights. It would make setting up easier if they could plug in. Anyway, it's a good inexpensive lighting set!

First, it has to be mentioned this set is only $38, so you can't be expecting Hollywood quality lighting here. Positives: 1. Lightweight. 2. Nice and bright, and can be dimmed down. Negatives: 1. Pole sections do not slide well, but easily fixed with a bit of silicone spray. 2. Plastic lock rings under the lights are nearly useless. They strip out easily, then don't hold the lights tightly. 3. There is NO strain relief on the cord where it enters the light. One of mine had the sheathing start to split at the point where it goes into the head. So I unscrewed the halves to reset the restraint, only to find there is none! This means you could easily rip the thins wires right off the circuit board if you happen to step on the power cord while moving a light.

Super easy to assemble! The quality is great I’ve been using them for quite a long time now and they work just s as well today as they did the first day! I love all the lighting options! I have to move my podcast studio several different places and it’s super portable! They have different brightness settings! The thing I love the most is the ability to change the height so you can hide them!

The light isn’t as bright as expected, should also have a remote or better settings if your needing a red light it take like 8 clicks if the same button to get to it then it’s pink not red .. it also make the props red not jus the background

These are excellent video lights. They have a ton of color changing and mixing options. Easy to control. Easy to put together and set up. Nice stands but better when you upgrade the stands and add swivel mounts to them.

Ordered this product hoping to use it to take photos of products that I make to post online. Noticed the box felt light but didn't think much of it. The box it came in wasn't taped or secured in any way, which would've made it easy to take what was inside. ( I don't think that happened because the empty space in the box was packed with one of those plastic bags filled with air) When I opened the box, there was a smaller box about half the thickness of the outside box and the rest filled with the previously mentioned bag. I thought there was no way that two LED lights and two stands would fit into that small box unless they were a lot smaller than represented in the listing. I still held onto a small sliver of hope but I opened the small box to see only two LED light with no adjustable tripod stands in sight. So now I have to return the lights and hopefully I get what I order next time. This was probably a rare occurrence of missing items, but I just wanted to write the post so that anyone thinking of buying this product is aware that it could happen.
