Strong and well made
I needed it in the veg drawer of the fridge so can’t comment on the heat distribution . It keeps veg dry and stops them deteriorating due to moisture.

Habe den Rost in meinen 1/2 GN Behälter gesetzt, damit beim Rippchen machen das Fleisch nicht im Sud liegt. Er liegt nicht unten auf, was mir viel Spielraum fürs dampfen gibt.

Molto comoda, l'ho cercata varie volte in negozi di casalinghi anche molto forniti senza mai trovarla. Ottimo il polpettone di vitello e ricotta avvolto nella mortadella, cotto senza grassi, solo con vino bianco nella leccarda sottostante a profumare l'arrosto evaporando in cottura.

Der Rost könnte mindestens zwei Streben mehr vertragen (der Abstand ist jeweils 25mm). Der Knick ist m.M.n. nicht wirklich sinnvoll - wichtiger wäre auch in der Mitte ein größerer Abstand zum Bräterboden (Rand: ca. 23mm, Mitte: nur ca. 13mm). Geradebiegen ist nicht, denn stabil selbst für schwerstes Bratgut ist der Rost allemal (und passen würde er dann in meinen 41cm-Bräter auch nicht mehr).
