Cadac 8600-100 Paella Pan for Citi Chef 40, 36cm x 4.5cm, Black

I have a commercial gas stove with large gas rings, need large pans so that they cover the flame without it licking up the sides.The CADAC meets the size at 36cm and the bonus is the non-stick without Teflon. I use it at least twice every day and the non-stick is solid so far, most of the Teflon type pans I have had discolour and do have small chips and flakes after a few weeks despite advertising themselves as hard even though I do not use metal utensils or abrasive scourers. The CADAC is still shiny and water just runs off when rinsing after cleaning.Highly recommended.

We have the 47cm paella pan on our cadac but find that a little too big sometimes so opted for this smaller version. Great bit of kit that we use on the gas hob in the kitchen too when beaten back by the British weather. The non stck surface is brilliant and it only needs the lightest of washing down in the sink.

So far so good. Just getting used to cooked on the stove top rather than putting in the oven

This is a Christmas present for some friends who haven’t yet received it! However, I can tell that it’s a top quality product which can be kept free from damage when being stored, in the beautiful zip cover which is provided.

We have had a cadac for years and one of our grill plates had seen better days so needed something to replace it. This pan is perfect

I used to love this pan, out of the box it looks and feels amazing, however a year on and I will replace it because:- it’s warped and doesn’t sit on the job, food spills to one side and it wobbles/ rocks.- the sides are so shallow food spills- the handles get insanely hot!- many hot zones/ uneven cooking- it’s impracticality large (wide)

Wir nutzen die Pfanne auf unserem Cadac Safari. Man bekommt auch ganze Fische hinein. Durch die Beschichtung lässt sich die Pfanne superleicht reinigen. Wir möchten sie nicht mehr hergeben.

Das Teil ist kompakt und leistungsstark. Kinderleicht im Aufbau! Lässt sich in jeden Womo oder Wohnwagen mitführen und Gas ist somit kein Problem.

Passt hervorragend zum Grill. Ist hitzestabil und verzieht sich nicht.Der Preis ist hoch, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen.
