This worked perfect for my application. Cable was long enough and magnet base worked well attached to my Deck Metal rail. The cable is only 20", so keep this in mind when ordering. Did not need any of the adapters, it connected to my Reolink camera just fine.

I hooked it up to my TP-LINK (TL-WA901ND) 450Mbps Access Point which is located across the street in my rental. The rental is only 120' away. My router is next to the window and this antenna is across the street in the window. Line of sight is perfect. I can see my new antenna from my home.My wifi speed in my yard off my router is 45-55mbps. when I go across the street and am on the access point, my speed is 18-21mbsps. (It's the same without the new antenna attached using the stock ones.)Am I expecting too much?

It will increase your signal but it doesn't increase the quality of your router or wifi card. I ended up just getting a nice ASUS router and installing better WiFi adapters in my troubled computers. Now I have full signal wherever I may roam.

According to WiFi access point, signal strength has increased around +5dBm. The AP is approximately 15m away and the signal is going through four interior walls. However, this was not the primary reason for the purchase. Previously, my Bluetooth headphone would cut out in parts of the house do to interference of household appliances. The layout of the house effectively made a wall of steel boxes that rendered signals to kitchen and garage very weak. Now there are zero drop-outs and the headphones get reception beyond the edges of property (1/4 acre).Note: The attentea lead is rather short compaird to simular products on Amazon. This was fine and desired in my case but might be a huge issue for some.

This universal kit was ship and said i received the package, but i never received this package. checked with Nabor's as well. I received the Camara the same day as i was to receive universal kit, but no universal kit.

Increased my WiFi distance by several feet. Had a weak signal but fixed my issue!

The antenna provided a gain of about 6 db as measured by the wireless signal meter (an app for Amazon Fire). That is likely within the margin of error for the app. I'm happy that it provides a net higher gain than the stock 2dbi antenna that came with my GL-iNet router. The packaging was perfect, but USPS had a lot of trouble finding our house (it's been here 20 years) and sent the package back a couple of times. When the package did arrive, it was very beat up and partially opened. The adapters had apparently fallen out. No fault of the Seller. It's the fault of USPS. I wish that we could pay a dollar or maybe even $3 to upgrade to UPS or FedEx instead of using USPS. I have Prime already. Update: As other's have said, the magnet is pretty weak. I glued a clip onto the side so that it now hooks under the lip of the trunk. With the clip and the magnet, it now stays in place.
