Gutermann 24333 Sew-All Thread 547 Yards-Nu White

Best thread out there. It's the only brand of thread I like to use. I have never had a problem with this brand of thread.

I have noticed that the typical branded thread available at local fabric stores (you know what I am talking about) has, sadly, declined in quality. Somehow it seems thinner and it now has lumps / knots in it that break while you are sewing on a machine--not good. So I looked around for something better--more like the thread I used pre-2000. In any event, this thread from Gutermann seems to fit the bill. No pesky knots or lumps--and in this case, it is bright white (which I wanted). Happy to find this (at least in black and white for basic utilitarian sewing)!

I had been sewing velcro on my machine with a denim needle and regular thread. The thread kept shredding and breaking. Then the needle broke and got my machine out of whack. I took it in to be cleaned and fixed and the repairman recommended I get Gutermann's thread. I did and have been sewing velcro ever since without any problems. I will continue to purchase this thread!

Been using this thread for years. Never disappointed!

I had to make a christening gown out of a wedding dress and needed the perfect thread to sew through all different fabric types. After spending some time searching for the perfect thread, I read this sew-all thread would work. I sewed on satan, lace, appliques, and netting, it was perfect for the job, and never broke.

I love Gutermann thread. It's a shame they don't have a pure white. This one is the closest and it seems like there is a tiny bit of grey to the white, but for 99% of projects, that should be fine. Gutermann always works smoothly in my machine, never causing issues like the cheaper threads.

It's white thread. Does the job. It sews well on my machine, good all round thread.

Ja das ist mein Hauptgarn... bzw mein Garn für gut! Reißt nämlich tatsächlich nicht und wenn doch liegt es definitiv nicht am Faden! Sowas teures wollte ich eigtl nicht kaufen aber es stimmt, gütermann-garn ist ganz schön robust!
