Great item
A construction worker recommended this silicone for a budget friendly water filter system we put in place on the main water pipe. Seals nicely, good quality and no issues. A little goes a long way so great for my budget.

High quality silicone grease. Food safe. Great for aquarium maintenance.
I bought this for water pumps in my pond and aquarium. This grease came to me highly recommended by aquarium enthusiasts to keep their aquarium filters operating properly. The moving parts need lubrication, and this is the stuff. Especially HOB (Hang On Back) filters like this one that I have on my 75 gallon aquarium. This grease will not hurt any of the inhabitants of my tank. It is safe for everything: fish, snails, shrimp, etc.I also use it around seals on things that are exposed to moisture. Like battery compartments that have rubber or silicone seals. You can run a thin layer on the gaskets and this will keep the moisture out without hurting the seals. The nice thing about this 3 pack is that I can dedicate a tube for my fish, one for my house and one for my shop. It's great for so many plumbing uses.

Works as advertised and easy to use.
I had to replace the seals on our RV toilet and ordered the seals and this lubricant since I didn’t have my plumbers grease with me. Product goes on evenly, covers nicely and I like the fact that it comes in a squeeze tube. Does the job and the price is reasonable.

Excellent Grease for Sewing Machine Gears
I salvage vintage serger and sewing machines and fix them. The big mistake is the wrong grease people use on them which seizes up the whole machine.Wrong grease - White Lithium Grease, Vaseline, Automotive grease, Synthetic grease with calcium, etc.Wrong Oil - Machine oil, crude mineral oil.Correct Oil - Sewing machine oil which is refined Mineral Oil or even better Triflow Silicone Lube (oil) on all the non gear parts. Triflow will not harm plastics but Mineral or Sewing oil will harm them.Correct grease for Gears is this pure Silicone with PTFE (Teflon). Teflon adds a silkiness to the grease. Silicone does not damage plastic or nylon gears/ parts, whereas the other greases degrade them.Silicone is not harmful to rubber in case it lands on the belts the others will degrade rubber.Silicone clings to the gears as it is sticky - you want that so grease does not displace and keeps gears lubed.Silicone does not react to heat so it does not degrade or melt away with heat as the others will too.I could have used Triflow Synthetic grease too, but I don't know what is mixed in there and that could degrade some of my nylon gears as in the White Superlock 534W-2 Serger I have. Plastic /Nylon gears or camstacks degrade with age and crack after 10-20 yrs of use so why accelerate the process with corrosive greases, right? After careful research, this is my choice and I feel it is safe for every type of gear. A fine product.Note: Old vintage motors like the Singer 301, Singer 221, 222 Featherweights, etc specifically need this grease mix:Refined White Vaseline (on Amazon)Refined Mineral oil branded as Lily White oil or generic (on Amazon)Use mostly this combination, heavy on Vaseline with a few drops of oil mixed in. Use this only on the motor shaft wicks, soak the felt pad with it and the felt wick sticking out. As the motor turns and generates heat, the Vaseline mix melts and leaches out on the motor shaft, slowly lubricating it. You don't want too much oil near electrical things so this was devised. Genius design! So be sure NOT to use Silicone grease or Triflow Lube on these wicks, only Sew Retro grease or my DIY formula.

Well rounded grease
It worked great for my car tow hook install and my license plate relocation install. I used it on the threads. My husband used it on replacing a seal in our camper and it worked great as well. All around flexible grease.

Perfect!
Excellent silicone grease! I bought this because of it's ablilty to be used to lubricatr potable water valves. It is perfect. I lubed up the new faucet cartridges for my kitchen sink, and they work smoothly and quietly! Also smeared on the O rings, and they tightened easily (no fear of damaging the O rings). The new cartridges come Dry! No lubrication to speak of! I do believe the pair I received several years ago (same brand) failed because of lack of lubrication! One O ring failed, and created a leak, and the other became difficult to turn, and made a screaching noise when shutting the water off. With this grease....smooth as silk! Very happy!
