UPDATE! I just gave another two stars, because after reading my 3/5 review, they offered a full refund to say they were sorry. That is some amazing Customer Service! The gun itself works great. The bad roll of tape was a fluke. Nothing a new roll won’t fix. I highly recommend this company and this tape gun! ———————- ORIGINAL REVIEW: The gun works fine but the roll of tape that came with it has a defect and the bar catches the bump on the inside every time. Very frustrating.

I do a lot of shipping on eBay. I was hesitant to buy a tape gun because I used to never be good with them. I bought this and followed the instructions to set it up and MAN, was it so easy!!! It reminded me of the quality tape gun I used when I worked at UPS. This is operated with ONLY 1 HAND! You just touch the tape to the box, drag it to as far as you need it and then rotate the tape gun a bit and pull. It's as simple as that! Comes with some real quality tape, too. I couldn't find a more affordable name brand tape gun. I honestly wouldn't trust anything cheaper or any off brands. Go ahead and try this, I promise you'll like it

Very light, easy to load and works really well. I have never used a dispenser of this kind before and I am presently surprised by it. The biggest problem with all my dispensers is slippage of the roll. You mount the roll and over time it slides off dispenser. With this one it never happens because of design. My only concern is how long the components will last.

whether at home or on the warehouse dot, this is working really well for me. It’s a tape gun. Pretty sturdy easy to use simple design. you might as well buy a whole case. I’ll add a photo soon.
