I am a Pm Chef at a Hyatt hotel in Savannah,Georgia and use this knife every night at work..perfect for opening bags and boxes through out my shift.. very sharp , very tough lil knife.. highly recommend!!

Wow. I was unprepared for just how sharp looking this knife would be. It's pretty awesome, so much so that I almost hate to use it. I mean honestly - open a box with this? That's like wearing Armani to the grocery store. Yet that's what it's for. At any rate - it's gorgeous and has a super comfortable grip. I think this would be an excellent gift for the "guy who has everything", especially if he's a Fieri fan.

This is a really nice knife. The blade is sturdy and strong and it feels very nice in my hand. It is sharp. I love the idea of basically having a utility knife in my knife block. Something that you could use to cut open a box and cut up a lemon. The sheath with the belt loop is nice, but I'll likely just add it to our knife block.

I was hoping to be able to use this a bit more than I actually do. It's not even a bad knife, just like a jacked up paring knife. Great for avocado fanning, peeling, and everything else you would use a paring knife for. But it's a lot easier to have one of those around than this. Which brings me to the sheath. Again, solid idea. But the knife is sharp enough to basically just the strap that holds it, off. If you walk around with this on your belt, it will eventually cut itself free.
