You can't beat this kit for the price. However, if you're expecting name brand bore snake quality, or you shoot and clean your firearms often, you'll be disappointed. You get what you pay for. All 3 snakes fit the calibers they say they do, though the 12g is a bit tight when pulled through a fixed full choke. I'd give the snakes alone a score of 3 out of 5, as they've all frayed a little after only a few firearms cleanings. That said, I'm sure they'll last a while, certainly long enough to justify the price. The good is they clean well. Lead and copper fouling removed with ease leaving a nice shiny barrel. 5 stars for the complete kit, as it's a heck pf a price for what you get. Add some solvent and oil to the kit, and a cleaning rod for the patches, you're all set. I'd be interested in a complete set with more calibers included. .410, 20, and 12 gauge. .22/.223, .25, .30, .357/9mm, .45, 7mm.

I was just looking for a cheap bore snake for my AR and pistol, and honestly, I didn’t even look at what else was included before buying. But I was surprised and very please to find how much value actually was included for such a small price. All the material seems to be great quality. I saw one person said that the shotgun bore snake was frayed, but they are mistaken. The “fraying” at the beginning of the 12 gauge bore snake is intentional, and a quick google search will show that this is standard for 12guage. Really like the slight larger patches. Gloves actually fit my large hands, the brushes worked well, and it came with several dental picks! Something that many kits don’t include, especially at this price. Everything needed to easily clean your equipment well. This is absolutely a great starter kit. If it including CLP or some other cleaner/lubricant, you would have absolutely everything you need. The ONLY thing I wish this had, was some sort of container. But for the price, what can you do? 100% recommend this product.

This has been a great upgrade for my range bag. Easily cleans bore while lubricating. I still disassemble and properly clean my firearms after heavy use, but this has been a game changer at the range or at competition shoots. It fits as expected and packs up nicely. The kit has everything you need, just add your favorite cleaner/lube/protectant and you're on your way.

I keep this kit in my range bag in a seperate molle pouch and its the perfect budget friendly cleaning kit for the range and right when I get home. Its easy to use, the brushes and bore cleaner are very durable, its effective for every one of my sidearms no matter the caliber and is also good for almost all my long g*ns. Would buy again.

This gun cleaning kit is a nice little set at a good price. It gives me everything I need to clean my handguns, and rifles. The snakes, brushes, and patches cover 12 gauge, 5.56, and 9mm really well. The size of the brushes and bore snames are good with a nice material and thickness. The quality feels decent for the cost, and it makes quick work of basic cleaning after a range day. You just need some good gun cleaning solution and oil to go with it, and you'll be fully set. The only thing I’d improve is if it came with a small bag or carrying case so all the pieces could stay together neatly. Overall, it’s a solid starter or backup kit that does the job without overcomplicating things. Happy with the purchase.

I have not used all the snakes, but the three (3) I have use so far is great. The Q-tips and oil found dirt on my new rifle that I have not fired yet. It works great. Snakes through the barrels X2 and it's clean and shinney. Very easy to use. I need to buy one for my aunt.
