Does it remove stubborn mildew from caulk in bathtub and shower?

To be perfectly honest I have not tried this on caulk in bathtub and shower but if any product will it would be CLR Fresh.

Is this filled with the same product that comes in their non-spray concentrate jugs?

Does it make a difference if I let the foam stay in the bathtub overnight for longer hours? Would it be easier to scrub and clean better?

Can I use this to wash concrete off clothes

I wouldn't. Treating clothes is not listed and I only use it on items listed on the label. It cuts mineral deposits, mostly. I'd call a vendor who lays or uses concrete.
