Why can’t you include this size with these expensive elvies?

Elvie Pump includes two different sized Breast Shields, 24mm and 28mm. The packaging was designed around including two sizes of Breast Shields in the box and the decision to include these two sizes was based on extensive group testing; where we wanted to ensure we could cater to as many women as possible. Based on feedback 21mm Breast Shields became available online to purchase and we will be reviewing which Breast Shields to include inside the Elvie Pump box on an ongoing basis.

How can I tell what size the breast shield is?

On the flange opening there is a symbol, either a square, a circle, or a triangle.

Are the storage containers leak-proof with the lids on?

The bottles should not leak once the lids are securely fastened.
