The McKenzie Yoga Postures
This is basically taking the principle therapies prescribed in Yoga to treat slipped /bulging/herniated discs,..eg sphinx pose and cobra pose,all backward bending postures.However it goes on with two add on pressure techniques which is quite interesting.the narration and explanations were informative and easy to understand.If you had a good yoga teacher ,you will not need to buy this.However if this your first time exposure to alternative therapies ,i will highly recommend it,but i suggest you consult your therapist first

Great addition to the book
It's helpful to see the exercises performed that are described in the book. There are some additional pearls not covered in the book such as how to protect your back during a sneeze.

Good exercises. Relief is in site. All you need to do is do them alot which is the challenge

I am so lucky to have come across this. Many years of back pain gone in 2 months...simply incredible.
I am very lucky to have come across this. So many have recommended this as an extremely effective way to heal your own back, and my attention perked up. After so many years of back pain which turned into sciatic in my right leg, I have finally received relief that even physical therapy didn't provide. Thank you Mr. McKenzie for giving me a renewed life without the fear of pain that would surely return periodically. I only started it 2 months ago, and am at the point now that when a little pain flares up I simply do the exercises for a couple of days and it's basically gone. It I was more disciplined with the exercises, I would imagine that even the little nags of discomfort would not return.

Simple and easy to follow
Tried this for my back, but didn't seem to help me. Simple and easy to follow. Worked for so many people though.

If you have back issues, watch/read this first!
ANYONE with back issues needs to watch this first (if you don't think you have time to read the very short book by the same name.). Put off any surgery and injections until you try these simple strategies. Check the research--you can Avoid surgery and get back into daily activities!
