I've only just installed it, but it seems to be working fine. The app was a little quirky, but I think I finally got it worked out. I like being able to access the video on my phone in case it is ever needed, however unlikely. Using a mini-usb connection seems outdated. Would have preferred, USBC or even micro-usb. It is very small and easily hides behind the rearview mirror...an absolute must in my view. Video quality seems good but haven't really given it a good test yet. I'll update after using it a while. I may adjust a star +/- once I use it a while. The device looks nicer in person than appears in the ad. The hinge on the windshield connection may be a little weak for installing and uninstalling, otherwise, adequate. Kind of wish it had gps. My previous dash cams did. Ok for the price.

Pros: compact, easy to mount, starts recording automaticallyCons: I had some trouble getting connected to the camera through the Wi-Fi connection. I found that I had to disable Apple CarPlay to maintain a connection. Once I did this it worked fine and I was able to download and save video clips and photos.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a compact dash camera without a screen. All parameters can be setup through cell phone with WIFI connection. The package contains dash camera, cigarette power cable, user manual and warrantee card (1 year warrantee). The recorded video is stored in a SD card (not included) and can be reviewed by downloading to cell phone through WIFI connection or taking the SD to laptop. The video quality is excellent for day time and good for night time. Installation and connection are very easy.

Set up was easy at first can see crystal clear. But once I place card in and turned car off with the wifi set I never could get service outside of the car 🚗 so needless to say it defeated ti purpose of me using it as an surveillance camera

Let me be clear. I love this dashcam and its price. I am going to mention a few points that I like about it.-it is very small-it doesn't have a screen that bothers you a night-the system has a sound that tells you if it is recording as soon as you start the car-it takes 128 GB-the video angle view is extremely wide.-the app works ok. You can see live to download the videos from the app-it is very straightforward-the usual mini USB-it is definitely much better than the usual 1080p (HD).It took me a few minutes to mount it. I guess that if you want to hide the cable very well, it will take much longer. I didn’t need to use it to see car plates, but I am sure it can do a good job. It is much better to download the videos to your phone and then watch it than trying to play them live. I guess the best will be to put the SD on the computer. The settings it has are the typical settings, time, sensitivity, and how long each video is. So far, so good. You cannot beat the price.

Great packaging and easy to follow instructions for set up. (QR code provided to get and set up the app). The power cord is the right size to plug in without too much excess and unit comes with a perfectly sized mounting sticker. App lets you control resolution, recording volume, length, etc and has a very user friendly interface. Screen resolution is excellent. Love the low profile of this unit. Not distracting at all. Amazing what good tech can do is these days. I have other Euki products and they have performed with no issues to date. Just get it- you will be happy you did.

I followed the instructions and formatted the memory card inside the camera before use. Afterwards it continually asks for a memory card to be inserted, even though it's still in the camera from formatting. Returned the 1st unit and the replacement unit I was sent does the same exact thing. Also, the memory card will click in and click out but it sticks out quite a bit from the side of the memory card slot, rather than sitting flush like a lot of other electronics that utilize a memory card slot. So disappointed because I really wanted this to work, and the picture quality looked pretty good from when it was connected to the phone.
