No drainage holes that I can see, I thoroughly rinse and dry my goggles before I put them back in case.

it quite a big case. the kind of case you get with sports sunglasses. I can fit my de fogger in it as well as my googles.

I wouldn't submerge it. It has a zipper which does not seal the case completely from fluids when submerging it.
