Hello, is this stick compatible with the Hori FS Alpha? Are there height issues?

It should be. Just be careful as I believe the pin out on the stick is different that the standard Sanwa JLF sticks (it looks flipped 180°) but I can't confirm this right now. Size and fit size it is compatible though.
