I rest better at night. No more tossing and turning. When I awake, I feel rested compared to normally feeling groggy. Also, I don't have the brain fog anymore. Since combining these minerals with B-complex and a 3 ounce glass of kombucha, my hot flashes brought on by menopause have been reduced one mild occurrence a day (no perspiration) compared to one every hour with severe sweating.

I discovered this product when watching one of the fabulous Dr Berg videos on YouTube. It saves me taking lots of different supplements and I very much dislike taking tablets.It's says dilute for a reason. (It tastes like poison and feels like you have put cyanide on your tongue 😂) I find it pleasant enough in 500ml of diluted vimto, you hardly taste anything this way.

I have intensely craved salt for years and years and could never satiate my salt needs but since taking 3/4 drops of this in every litre of water I drink a day, when I salt my food it feels overwhelmingly salty - I don't need the salt anymore. I do think it's enhancing my wellbeing. It's difficult to tell because I'm on a long journey of recovery from chronic ill health and am doing multiple things at the same time but I'm going to keep going with this. It makes the water taste delicious and I feel confident that my electrolytes are covered every day which gives me peace of mind.

Prompt delivery which matched with my water distiller delivery. :)only thing on the product usage descriptions, if it was advised as how much mils per litre would be more understandable than how many drops per gallon. My tea taste much better this morning!

While the taste is not the best - once you take this you can notice a difference in your skin, hair nails, and energy levels.

Read too many nasties about these additives including arsenic.I now use natural Himalayan sea salt that contains all the trace minerals I need for RO water additive and it's massively cheaper than this.Do your research don't just read the reviews saying "great,cured my cramp" ,"awesome" etc etc.Salt will help your cramps . Just stay informed and stick with organic where you can.

Excellent value for money for this natural product! No horrible taste either and easily disguised in juice or a smoothie!
