Filter was on so tight I had to use a 1 foot bit extension and a 3 foot cheater bar to get the filter to turn. I took the tools to the limit and I was worried I might break something, but this wrench is high quality. I got it loosened eventually. After realizing that I can't trust the previous shop to do the job right, I am going to change my own oil from now on - and this tool will be crucial to that success. I tried everything else on a particularly stuck aircraft oil filter. The 1" nut on top twisted off. Broke a pair of giant long nose pliers. Couldn't get access with a strap wrench. Went searching and found this WORK PRO Universal Oil Filter Wrench. The oil filter was so solidly stuck that we needed a 3 foot breaker bar. I was afraid the wrench was going to break. But finally the oil filter loosened a little bit at a time. PS Don't leave your oil filter in place for 10 years after over torquing it dry.
