Great for lining cookie sheets

I like the pre-cut rectangles much more than a roll, these fit my toaster oven pans great. Even after using an entire package, I've never had an issue with food sticking to the paper. Will continue to order this brand.

These parchment sheets are such a time saver! I use them for baking breads, cookies, crusted chicken, and more. While I primarily use them on flat or low rim cookie sheets, they also work in Dutch Ovens and Cast Iron pans (just in case your pans are not as "seasoned" as you would prefer. Food will still brown on the bottom without sticking!I do a lot of comparison shopping and find these sheets well worth the slightly higher cost per square foot when compared to rolled parchment. They do the job of keeping your food from sticking and your pans cleaner. That means less time at cleanup. The only negative is they are 1 inch shorter than my half cookie sheets, but that is clear in the stated measurement of 12x16.

I was wrong with my first review for this paper. I didn't realize that the paper was folded. I never pulled the paper completely out the box. I thought it was only 12x16. But it is actually 16x24. My sincere apology to the company that I purchased this paper from. I would buy this paper again.

I liked the amount of paper on the roll. It tears easily, holds up well in the oven.
