“I’ve been using the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup for a while now, and I’m really impressed. The formula is lightweight, non-greasy, and glides on so smoothly for a flawless, natural finish. It evens out my skin tone beautifully and gives my skin a healthy glow without feeling heavy. I also love that it has broad-spectrum SPF 20 for daily sun protection. With ingredients like vitamin E, feverfew, and soy, my skin actually looks better even after I take it off. It feels more like skincare than makeup, and it’s perfect for everyday wear.

I started using Neutrogena products way back in my teenage years when it was mainly just facial cleansing products. Flash forward several decades and the product line has evolved into lots of sunscreen and makeup products as well. I chose this particular makeup because now that I have more mature skin I want something that spreads easily and enhances my skin as well as contains ingredients that are good for my complexion too. This Healthy Skin Liquid makeup contains Vitamin E and soy that has skin enhancing properties. It also contains feverfew which can have skin calming effects. However, if you have allergies to ragweed you might want to use caution with a product containing feverfew because sometimes it can possibly trigger allergic reactions. It is sometimes a good idea to check out a new product on a small area or do a patch test if you are unfamiliar with ingredients or haven't used them before. I like that there are some shades of this makeup that have warm undertones too so I can find something to compliment my complexion coloring. This line does offer deep shades too-however, they were not part of the shades offered when I ordered this product online. You might be able to find the deeper shades at some large department or discount stores that sell Neutrogena makeup products. I also appreciate that this Healthy Skin makeup has some sunscreen although I do wear a regular sunscreen under my makeup when outdoors for any length of time in sunny conditions. The makeup wears okay in cooler conditions when my face is less oily or sweaty--although I do wish it was possibly more transfer or humidity resistant (I don't wear it on hot, humid days). However, compared to pricey high-end name-brand makeup products it is pretty reasonable and my skin tolerates it well--no breakouts, etc.-so it is okay for days when I don't need a sweat-proof makeup.

My favorite non-expensive makeup. What more can I say except it goes on easy and there are enough shades for everyone, and every season. The texture is perfect, not too thick and not too thin.

I previously used Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost hydrating tint in the shade nude 40 and it instantly became my favorite light coverage foundation. When I recently ran out, I couldn’t go to the store to buy another one so I decided to look for it on Amazon. I came across this foundation and decided to buy this one instead as it was cheaper and has SPF 20, unlike the hydrating tint. It arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. I used it the same day for work, and instantly it became my new favorite foundation! I like it even better than upscale brands I’ve used previously such as Estée Lauder, Clinique, Laura Mercier and so on. This foundation does it all; flawless coverage without any ‘heavy’ feeling or even feeling like you’re wearing foundation, lasts all day without needing to be retouched, doesn’t rub off or stain my clothes if I wear sweatshirts, my mask for work or such, and best of all doesn’t break out my sensitive skin! I have sensitive as well as oily skin, so many foundations tend to be a bad fit for me and especially with cheaper makeup. It works perfectly and I will most certainly continue buying this product as it is now my go to foundation. My only sole complaint would be the shade is a little different from the Hydro Boost tint, but I’m assuming it’s due to it being a tint/lighter rather than a higher coverage foundation. It still fits my skin color, it’s just a wee bit darker and all I have to do is blend it in more and use less which I don’t mind at all! Overall, one of the best foundations I’ve ever used and highly recommend trying/purchasing this! For the price and quality, it is very hard to beat this deal.

I thought I bought this foundation in Natural Ivory, apparently I actually bought it in almost orange. On my hand in the picture it definitely looks too dark; on the face it leans more into the "noticeable really bad fake tan" shade of orange. Bonus that it highlights all the texture on your face at the same time. It would have been an alright foundation if it had been the correct shade/color. The only saving grace for this scenario is I bought it on sale.

I'm really happy with this foundation (Ivory 20). I was a bit skeptical when I opened the box, as the colour looked a bit too dark for me but it's actually a perfect match. It's very lightweight coverage and doesn't look or feel cakey on my skin. I do wish the bottle had a pump, but other than that it's great. Will definitely be ordering more.

The very best foundation I have ever had!! shall be buying more!! would recommend over and over soooooo smooth. I used buff and it is great on my fair skin.

A good option if you are looking to replace your expensive makeup foundation. It's lightweight, non-greasy, stays on the whole day, and does not run even in extremely humid weather conditions (I live in the tropics). I used a makeup shade finder app to find a replacement for my expensive Estée Lauder 1N2 Ecru, and was recommended Neutrogena Nude 40. It's a near match but perhaps a tiny bit darker than the Ecru. Might try Buff 30 next time.
