Honestly this is my first lifting belt i have only used it for one session but it helped me enough to bump my pr by fourty lbs its just i need to break it in more because it digs into my rib cage and all of that but overall a good starter belt

I initially bought this belt in a XL for $50. It was a bang for your buck product. I used it and it held up well. Once day the belt's prong did not engage all the way in the holes and when I went to lock it, it tore halfway through the belt hole. I used super glue to repair what I could at the time. I still use it today since it is the only belt I have. It is what it is. You get what you pay for. However, the reason for this 1 star review is the customer service. I had a great 1st experience with this seller so I decided to order one for a friend. I saw that it now costs $10 more. I said sure why not, it's a good belt, a good experience. I order the 80-95cm (Medium). The belt arrived about 4 weeks later. It was a Large (90-105cm). It did not fit my friend so I wanted to return it. I got everything ready for a return, then the seller messages me asking me not to return it and they'll reimburse it. They were only willing to reimburse $10. Unfortunately, that doesn't work for me because now I have a unused belt and I'm at a lost of $50. So I said I won't return as long as you will let me purchase the CORRECT size for $50. We agreed. When I went back to the listing, it was listed for even more than $60. It was now $67. I asked how can I purchase it for $50, seller only replies at 3am (U.S. time). Seller then claims that the listing was up for 3 days, but it was not. So now here I am leaving this review for anyone who intends on purchasing this belt from this seller. There will be a chance that you receive the wrong size. If that is the case, please return it and do not compromise. Learn from my mistake. Thank you and appreciate you for reading this.
