Great item
These are great, to be honest I didn’t really use the erase side much it was just nice to get good highlights that are not chunky and take up all that room.

They don't work
The media could not be loaded. I got them today and the colours are nice but they are definitely not erasable. They will smear the ink at best or not erase at all as you can see in the video. If you try it more than once the eraser will wet the paper and make a hole. It is a scam, do not buy unless you only want to highlight and not erase it.

They don’t erase
Very disappointed as these highlighters do not erase. If this is important to you don’t waste your money. Frixion highlighters are more expensive but they do what they advertise and actually erase.Edit: quick and helpful response from the seller who has offered a full refund. I upgraded my 1 star rating to 2 stars due to good customer service. I can’t give a higher rating as I don’t know if other pens erase as advertised - it may be that I have received a faulty batch.
