It corrected pronated feet
My daughter is a champion Amateur junior Golfer and she has to walk a lot on the Golf course, and also her legs are very worked out from exercise and Golf. Recently, she had a problem with her knee cap stability to the point that she had to stop playing because of pain in her left knee.We went to the doctor and a Physical therapist. They both said that the outside muscles of her legs were overly developed and also her legs were not aligned properly when she is standing because her feet are pronated, or turned inwards. They prescribed exercise for her to strengthen her less developed inner leg muscles, and they recommended that she wear Orthotic inserts. They said that it does not have to be custom or high Arch inserts, just the over the counter ones will do. They showed me a sample and I went to Amazon and showed them these and they said that it will work for her.She has been using the Orthotics for the past 2 weeks and the difference has been dramatic. Just after a few days, her knee pain went away, and she said she does not get sore feet anymore after playing a round of golf for 5 hours(slow course). Climbing up and down hills and uneven terrain became much easier. She just loves these. I bought several and put them in all her shoes.I took out the built-in insert of her shoes and replaced it with this and they fit perfectly. So far, after playing 15 full rounds of golf, they still look new.PROS:1. Fits perfectly if you remove the built-in inserts of your shoe.2. Relieves tired sore feet by providing lots of support and cushioning.3. Does not smell after a round of Golf.4. Corrects misaligned feet when you wear it so that your muscles will develop evenly and correctly.5. Prevents injury6. Ridiculously inexpensive.7. Simple to install, takes a few seconds. Just remove old insert and slide this in. You may need to use a screwdriver to scrape the old insert if it is stubborn.CONS:1. Have not seen anything at all.SUMMARY:If you are going to buy Orthotics, I would start with these first and wear them for a couple of days to see if it provides you the needed support. The Doctor said that most people should not get orthotics that have very high Arch support as they can be uncomfortable if you do not need it. I highly recommend these.

excellent support for a bargain price
Since being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, I have used orthotics created by my doctor ($$$), Costco ($$), New Balance ($$), and now these ($). I've worn them for over a week in my walking shoes with excellent results. They are sturdy and supportive. My feet are happy and comfortable using these orthotics, not sore and tired as would be the case without support. They fit perfectly in my shoes without trimming. I am amazed at how well they work for such a bargain price. Because these inserts are so inexpensive (and they work so well for anyone with plantar fasciitis!), I bought a second set so I don't have to switch between my walking shoes and hiking shoes. I would rate them a 10 if I could."

Best insoles I’ve tried! I can walk normally again!
Achilles tendinitis and suspected plantar fasciitis here. I’ve tried a few different shoes and insoles and these are the best I’ve used! I needed good arch and metatarsal support and these deliver. The first few days I wore them my feet hurt (in a good way), but after several days of getting used to them they are great and my feet no longer hurt at the end of the day or in the mornings when I get up. In fact, I had not been able to walk or stand barefoot at all without pain, but after a few weeks of wearing these I am able to walk barefoot again without feeling that awful sharp tugging, pulling, stretched-too-taut feeling of the plantar fascia. It’s like my feet had a chance to heal with proper arch support. It feels like my stride has improved and my ankles are better aligned. I’m noticing my heel strikes properly when walking instead of the almost toe walking I had been doing since injuring my Achilles’ tendon. I was using the plantar fasciitis tri-arch insoles which are very cushiony and comfortable but the arch support wasn’t rigid enough and no metatarsal support.

Compared 4 Brands: KAILEDI, WalkHero, Physix Gear, ALINE
After having some chronic foot & ankle pain, I decided to only wear shoes with arch support. My chiropractor sold me ALINE for $150. I then found the exact same on Amazon for $107, but by the time I purchased, they went up to $116. Since I'm putting these in all my shoes & slippers, I wondered if I could find a comparable product for less money than ALINEs. This review is my experiment with that quest and I'll tell you who gave ALINE a little competition. (see photos)I was looking for high arch support and I have normal width feet. However, my daughter needs wide inserts and she finds too high arch support uncomfortable. This review will address those needs as well.ALINE are absolute top quality, you get what you pay for. They're amazing. I bought my original pair from the doctor and wore them seven months before getting a second pair. I compared the worn inserts with the new ones and took some measurements (photos). Even after seven months, the ALINE inserts are not only holding their shape and support, but also seem to form around my foot.KAILEDI were by far the flimsiest. When I pushed down on the arch support bump with my thumb, it collapsed easily. These inserts have almost no hold and are more soft and cushiony than others. They will fit my daughter well. I won't use them.Physix Gear's arch support bump also could be collapsed, but not as easily. The arch support was not high enough for my feet, but because of that and because they were the widest of the four my kiddo will love them.WalkHero ~ drum roll please ~ are the closest to ALINE. They are very sturdy not collapsing under the thumb test and have high arch support. They are perfect for my needs. My daughter would not enjoy them though. We all have different foot needs, just depends on what you're looking for. ALINE and WalkHero are for those of us who need high arch support and an insert that does not give or flatten under weight. KAILEDI and Physix Gear have lower support and seem to flatten out under the weight of the foot, which may be better for flat footed folks or whomever doesn't need lots of arch support.(I'm copying and pasting this review on all 4 products. Sorry for the repetitiveness.)
