These were recommended by a friend & oh my are they worth it! These make a big difference in getting my daughter to sleep & staying asleep. Before she'd often wake up screaming her legs hurt & was always fighting her sleep. These help so much & so far she's only complained once since starting them that her legs hurt. I just ordered a second bottle just to make sure we have them on hand.They taste delicious & work fast. We give to our daughter 30 minutes before bed.

Let me tell you, these magnesium gummies are awesome! They like to stick together, but that's not a big problem. I could tell they worked from the second day I started taking them. They also have a very nice orange flavor. So GO! Buy these! Also, they're magnesium glycinate which is the most recommended type of magnesium especially for leg cramps. Again, these help a lot. And, one more thing (sorry), I still get leg cramps sometimes but not like before.

Tasty, good BUT it is too much for the targeted age. Half the gummy once a day is better for a 6 year old to avoid sleepiness in the morning.

Couldn’t get any deep sleep. Through tracking, I realized I needed to stop eating so late (nothing after 8 pm or earlier if I can) and started taking these. I’m *almost* sleeping through the night now. Sleep has never been better.

This product tastes great, but it does not specify what type of B12 is in the gummy. This means it could be the non-methylated form, which my children do not tolerate because of MTHFR. I noticed that for Sleep it wired them up even though that form of magnesium is supposed to relax. I think it’s because they added B12. I’ve never seen a sleep supplement that contains B12, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of five. They also need to specify what type of B12 they are using.

I've ordered these magnesium gummies twice before in single bottles and they were soft, shiny, and squishy as gummies should be. My kids loved them. This pack of 2 bottles arrived yesterday and I opened them. The gummies are ashy and stiff / hard to chew. I tried one myself (as I've had many from the other two bottles) and they were VERY different, inedible. I think these bottles were exposed to heat or otherwise improperly handled in shipping or storage and cannot recommend buying them. They also are not eligible for return on Amazon, but I will now not only not be buying from this seller, but also will avoid the brand entirely. Sorry to report this as we loved the first two bottles, but it's very important that supplements handled carefully in storage and shipping.
