Has great amount spice seasoning but it is a tender jerky that makes it amazing. Not like all other super tough n dry this one is the best I had in years.

I pride myself on finding and eating the hottest jerky I can find. It doesn’t stop there either. I eat hot peppers, hot potato chips and even hot and spicy dishes all of the time. I always end up disappointed because all though the items are spicy they are not hot. Baby I ordered the killer Carolina and I expected it to be flavorful like the jalapeño one they have. I promise you I was not prepared for the heat. I thought I actually burned a hole in the lining of my stomach. I couldn’t get to the water fast enough and I couldn’t drink enough water either. My tongue burned so bad I thought I damaged the uvula. I didn’t expect it to still be dangling at the back of my mouth when I made it to the bathroom mirror. Y’all I was laughing to myself before I ordered this jerky because of the disclaimer about it being hot. I was like yeah right. If you order it please have your milk nearby because you will definitely need it. And get your soul right just incase you don’t survive it.

I ordered this for the protein which was not as high as I would like, but at least over 10mg. It also shows 1gm of sugar. The texture is not of what I consider to be beef jerky. It looks and feels more like meat compressed together to me. You can't hold a pc out and it not flop and hang down. The taste is like meat compressed together as well but. you can really taste the sugar in it. I don't recommend this product if you are on a NO SUGAR or LOW SUGAR diet. It is to sweet. Defiantly would not recommend if you prefer an old fashion beef jerky that is sliced thin and dried. if you really don't care if your jerky is dried where you can hold it and it does not flop down, then this would be for you. I feel it was totally a waste of my money.

Got the Jalapeño. Not all that good. The base flavor of the jerky is sweet and sugary. Decent heat but overall not all that good.
