Love this toilet! Flushes fast and easy! Looks gorgeous! Very updated and modern toilet. The dual flush is great! For those of you who don’t know which buttons to use on this.. The smaller button is for using less water, and the bigger button flushes with more water!

I have a very compact guest bathroom and the toilet is right up against the tub (1970’s code).I Could not have the handle on the left side of the tank, which seems to be the most common.I read a review that supposedly six contractors on a big job used for various toilets over six months and they rated this one quite high.My other Bathroom has a Kohler And that’s been terrible for thoroughly flushing, solid waste. The Swiss Madison does a much better job and it’s a nice looking. According to the plumber was easy to install

Beautiful, slim and modern toilet! I wanted the tankless toilet but the contractor couldn’t install it but this was easy for them to install. Came out beautiful and elevated the space and matches the aesthetic.

PITA to install, small holes on the side cant fit a fist. Also, sighting the mounting holes while setting the toilet was very difficult. Basically get ready for a 3 hour job if your throne is in a tight section.Seat is flimsy and too narrow. Need appropriate cheek cupping for maximum comfort.Buttons up top are askew!Sturdy!Easy to clean!Flushes for #1’s and #2’s!Area behind lid doesn't get all nasty!Good catch area! No shipwrecks causing tiger stripes!!!Doesn't use much water.Soft close lid is nice.Already have another in the cart for the other bathroom. Its a pretty nice toilet.

Very disappointed in this toilet. I have previously purchased a Swiss Madison toilet, the Sublime II, which I absolutely love. However, I wanted a slightly larger fully-skirted, modern design for our guest bathroom. I liked the the look and dimensions of this one and while I read some negative reviews that pointed out the bad quality of the tank lid, I really thought it was a fluke. After opening the box, I have to agree with the negative reviews.The toilet I received has a very large and uneven gap between the lid and the the front of the toilet tank. The lid also does not sit flush with the front of the tank. The center of the tank lines up rather nice but on either side, there is a substantial drop that is quite noticeable. Finally, there are two spots on the top of the front of the tank where the unfinished/unpainted ceramic can be seen when looking at it.It’s either bad quality control or bad design. I usually wouldn’t be so upset with bad quality control because I understand sometimes things happen and things fall through the cracks. However, it is not easy for me to repackage and move around such a big, bulky, and heavy item to return it or replace it. Still undecided if I’m willing to chance that it just bad quality control and ask for a replacement for fear of having to return it a second time.As it stands with the toilet I received, I wouldn’t recommend this toilet for this price because the defects really cheapen the look and quality.

Self-cleans very well. Every once in a while, manual cleaning is needed, but nowhere near our old ones. Sleek design, and installation is easy once you do a few.Installation tips: If you use wooden support to elevate the bottom of the bowl above the flange bolts, then slide in but not all the way so you can attach the water line first. Then slide in further to match the bolt hole on the toilet to the bolt from the flange. Then drop one side slowly as you thread in the bolt, then repeat with the other. Definitely helps if you have one other person.

I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed.

UPDATE; Because guests don’t understand how to flush it, the chain breaks. I’ve had to put a sign on it. You have to push down on the lever, not twist it like 99.9% of all other toilets.My contractor had trouble installing it because, something I didn’t understand, was different about this brand of toilet. He said if I ever had trouble with it, I might have to rip it out to fix it. However, normal repairs would be ok. So figures crossed because it is very sleek and modern and looks really nice in my new bathroom

It's a nice height, the flush controls are awesome, it's an elongated bowl, it hides the water supply with its open back, the seat is included and is innovative, it's sturdy, it has twin jets and hasn't had any lingering waste stuck in the bowl, simple to clean and even came with a seal.

It looks great and we haven't had any issues, but the installation was a nightmare. You definitely need two people minimum as the bolt holes are impossible to see due to the side walls; you need to put a finger through them to feel for the bolts. Also it would be great if the holes in the sides were bigger as tightening the bolts is very challenging.

This toilet clogs, even when there is just water in the toilet. It literally clocked every 5 flushes. One literally waits in agony for the flush to work. I adjusted the internal mechanism to have a more powerful flush, but it did not help. The toilet was installed by a plumber - who said it was very difficult to install and there were no floor bolts. Swiss Madison, is unreliable, even though this toilet has a warranty they could not replace toilet because I live in Canada. They told me I had to work it out with the place I bought it from. Thankfully Amazon, helped me. Returning a toilet purchased online is a nightmare, do not do it! This is a nice looking toilet, and there are some happy customers out there - but if you get into a problem with this toilet, Swiss Madison will not help you. They do not have a chat or call centre. Have to do everything by email and wait days for a response. Toilets are probably the most important thing in your house - as I discovered. My advice, stick with American Standard, Kohler, or TOTO.
