Broke After 12 Weeks & it has ripped up my clothes.... Nobel are not honouring the warranty
I am so disappointed with this product. I first used the machine in October 2023, I am a single female and average one-two washes a week. Last week I took out a dark load and it had ripped up my clothes. I contacted the customer centre as it is still under warranty. The customer service centre have said that 'damage is not covered under warranty' and if I want the machine fixed I need to pay. I have used the machine <30 times, ordinary clothes... mostly 1/2 empty. I have not 'damaged' anything. I now have the hassle of no machine and finding a point of escalation as the product is as useless as the warranty. Absolute waste of time and money - a con.

Bad expiriance
I buy sep 1month before start water leak in front door 3-4 times call to amazon nobody come service. now door not open what I do I don't know I don't have service center number.

Item is not Good
noise is average but it is runing over the room.at last 2 legs fall down (damaged).Main issue is there is no installation .I will not recommand this.
