My lawn is really uneven and long. Would this mower be any good for my garden ? Also can it cut wet grass ? Thanks in advance xx

Not really. If you have an uneven lawn you really need an electric mower with a roller which will help to compact the lawn. The Webb hand mower performs best on small well maintained lawns because of the effort required to push it.

Dosnt the font roller flatten the grass befor cutting it? Surly it needs to be stood up?

The mower cuts very short (it's adjustable) and leaves a striped finish

Does this have a weighted rear roller

Yes it does have a weighted rear roller. The grass collector is cloth and not solid plastic.

Does this require spanner's to assemble

No spanners needed the assembly screws have plastic handles on them so you just screw up by hand. Brilliant mower for a small lawn, I've had mine a couple of years now and cut the grass most days. It does need to be set up to cut correctly and the height adjustment requires a spanner a small adjustable will do.
