I find this works very well and cleans my nasal channel and cavities quite well. I have nothing to compare it to but I am very happy with it. Simple to use, quiet, comfortable and I was initially bemused by how much nasal gunk was up my nose. Recommend to use it in the shower so it can get messy. Great value for money.

This works very well for nasal irrigation, especially using the pulse system, and is much easier to use than netti pots or syringe systems. It's very well made with good quality hard plastics and accurately fitting joints. My only criticism is that the narrow, tapered design makes it slippery to hold when wet. When grasping it, it's too easy to drop it (it's quite heavy when full) or to press the power switch by mistake, squirting water in all directions. It would be improved by a ribbed neck for better grip, and shielding the control buttons to reduce the chance of pressing them accidentally. But the main thing is that it does the job so well.

Good product, does the job but has packed up after a year of use

I already have an another model, what I like it, but it wasn't useful for my 7 years old daughter( way smaller nostrils) and I thought I will try this model too. This time was super easy to manage the whole process. The small head and low speed, each side around 10 sec and the result was so good: absolutely clean nose and happy kid! She had a good laugh after that! I tried too after her with different modes and wow, this model is so powerful with strong mode( do not recommend for kids for sure). Summary: we like it - parents and kids-, easy to use, quick job, good results. Recommend for sure!

First of all let me say that the actual construction of this item is pretty much as I'd expect. The base is made of hard plastic and the top feels as solid as something like an electric toothbrush (though much more bulky in your hand). I'd hate to drop it because I reckon the base would shatter. It is however reasonably robust in feel. I've been a user of a neti bottle (squeezy type) for some considerable years and find relief from rhinitis through the year. I wasn't even aware that an electric device was an option until a relative told me they had one which is when I went to investigate. I figured it might be an improvement for my nasal irrigation. Using a plastic bottle is fine but regularly I felt the need to have a second bottle-full for use. I hoped that an electric pump would give me better relief. I've had this for a week now and honestly regret that I purchased it: I wish I'd simply purchased a second squeezy bottle. From the start it was a disappointment. The instructions don't mention adding salt to the tank - though it comes with some. They do mention rinsing the brine out with fresh water though. There are three sets of nasal plugs (two of each size) and yet they are not mentioned in the instructions at all. If you want to find out what they are for you need to look at the listing on here. Filling the rinse tank is meant to be achieved via a small hole that flips open in the base. I'm not sure what benefit this has as it is much easier to pour in boiled and cooled water via the top of the tank having taken it off the device entirely. Similarly adding the salt is easier doing it via the top of the tank than via the hole in the side. In use I found the plugging of my nose far less consistent than when I used a squeezy bottle. Watching the video on the listing and seeing the photos on the listing they have done a good job to capture someone where the water isn't simply going everywhere. I've tried different nozzle sizes and find one fits better than the others but it isn't ideal. The power setting doesn't feel very different on any given setting. Pulse feels a little pointless. Higher power just empties the tank even faster without better results. If you look at the photos you'll see a lump at the bottom of the tube in the tank. This needs to stay submerged to keep the flow going. The result is that as you try to tip the thing towards the end of use the flow splutters and you simply waste water. Overall, after a week of trying this, I've found it to be pretty ineffective. I think it will help some people but really I'd suggest you save yourself a heap of money and simply buy a squeezy bottle. I shall persist with it, for the moment, as I have now got it. But it is in the list of "purchases I regret".

I was hesitant at first. Firstly, the device at first looks slightly similar to a Water-Jet flosser, but it definitely isn’t the same. It’s much more aesthetically pleasing for one, it has a pleasant compact techy design, very nice LED lights and a clear battery charging indicator. It charges through USB-C ( not included). It’s a massive relief to see USB-C input, because it’s an efficient and rapid way to charge batteries, and also because they’re easy to get ahold of. Instructions were concise and clear. I’ve only used it once thus far, my impressions are that the water flows very nicely and smoothly. I still don’t properly understand how to use the ‘DIY’ mode, to me it seems exactly like the ‘Low’ mode, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out And gone is the guessing-game on how much pressure to use with a manual bottle Neti-Pot, which I’ve been using for years. In this way it’s very consistent, technically as consistent as possible. The only downside, and do look out for this, is that when the water runs low, it causes that gargling bubbly sensation which isn’t pleasant in the nose. I’m sure I’ll get used to knowing how much the water-levels are topped up. But do be warned, the water levels can’t get nearly as low as with the classic neti-pot, only takes about 6 seconds. On the other hand, it does manage to get the water through the nose in 1-2 seconds, and that’s on the the low mode, which is efficient. I can’t even imagine how much pressure is used in high mode however, and I do wish the low mode was even lower/gentler, because I feel the experience and benefits are better when slow. Another downside is that its tank is only 300ml.. unlike the classic 500ml Neti-pot. I would much prefer a slightly bulkier design but with more capacity. Please, please make sure you use previously boiled or distilled water with this, NEVER use tap water. This is a universal rule for neti pots. The consequences can be very severe, regardless of how clean/soft your tap water may be. It’s never worth the risk. I just use cooled down kettle water. All in all, 4* if this thing lasts 6+ months, and if it does then I’d easily break even with how often I need to buy another classic Neti-pot. Also a bonus, it comes with several salt sachets. Personally I use the NeilMed ones but will give those a try also.

This is a convenient Nasal irrigation. It's easy to use and love the fact it is cordless. Charges quickly and I highly recommend. Breathing is so much easier after using this and helps to prevent germs from traveling to the lungs

In winter, I get really bad sinus issues, so I figured it was time to cough enough for an actual solution, as opposed to popping unhealthy amounts of acetaminophen, with just a bit of decongestants added to said "sinus relief" medicine. I've used this three times since I got it, and my nasal congestion is actually cleared up, for the most part. I still have a bit, but I didn't get a good enough angle rhe last time I tried so it wasn't as effective that time, but all this required was some salt, which is great, because everyone has salt. It says not to use tap water, but honestly, who's going to do otherwise. Water is water.

I have regular nasal congestion and this product is remarkable. The USB charging is very convenient as I had purchased another brand that required batteries and the water entered the battery area and the device was instantly ruined. Not with this product ! The lithium battery is stored safely inside a waterproof area. More importantly - it works as expected ! There are multiple speeds and it is designed very well.
