Easy to use, have been highly effective for me.
I have a balcony with a wooden rail that has attracted pigeons and their droppings for many years, which has played havoc with the wooden rail. I installed these (just using cable ties to fix) within minutes and over the months since have not had a single pigeon on the rail. Although they only cover 1/4 of the width of the rail (its quite big) it has been enough to completely put off the pigeons. I have a security camera that used to be set off whenever the pigeons landed on the rail. It hasnt gone off since I installed it.
