was nervous due to some mixed reviews but can’t describe how delighted i am by this thing. perfect size (i don’t even need to use the adjustable leg feature!), high quality, easy-to-understand manual, perfect color that goes well with my room, etc. i was wary of the price but this is beyond worth it and seems genuinely durable. haven’t used it much just yet (arrived two days ago) but used it immediately after i took it out of the box. as i am disabled, i bought it for convenience and comfort on low-energy days when i’m bedbound and paralyzed. since i’m also a college student, i was picky about size when looking at lapdesks as i wanted to be sure i could fit all my work on it without making a mess on my bed that i’d have to deal with later. happy to announce this size is perfect even for a twin/twin xl/daybed (which are what i will be using it on)! so no need to fret about if it’ll fit. since the tiltable board is also in the middle (rather than on the side, as is seen in other lapdesks), i haven’t had to twist or sit in awkward positions to adjust to the lapdesk. i haven’t had to tilt it at all yet (since it’s a perfect size for me; i am pretty short) though! do note that it is quite heavy (as expected!) 10/10 thus far recommend for anyone looking for something similar! imo, this will be a good aid for other disabled individuals and/or students! i’m also excited to use it on the floor as a little coffee table. it’s pretty sturdy, so i’ve eaten on it no problem as well.

There are so many lap desks on this here shopping site, but this one ticks all the boxes for quality and versatility. Highly recommended if you need to work from bed. It is a solidly, thoughtfully constructed item—not flimsy in the least. The adjustable middle pane makes it easier for you to see your screen and type without contorting your wrists and hands. Alternatively, you can lower that adjustable pane and remove the ledge on which the laptop rests if you want a flat surface for eating, playing games, writing with pen and paper, etc. The little drawer is handy for storing that removable ledge, pens, and more. And then the desk can be stored flat (the legs fold up) so it doesn’t take up too much space when not in use. Highly, highly recommend!

Very sturdy, roomy and convenient adjustments to use in multiple places. Great price for great quality lap tray. I was actually surprised at how very well made it was!

The table looks really well made and sturdy, it's a bit heavier than expected but it's not meant to be carried around that much anyways. The material looks good and the surface feels really smooth. It looks like an artisan's craft and that's its charm, but that means of course that not all the tables will be exactly the same and little defects might be more common. In my case one of the legs was a little loose and it used to fall back to a standing position after folding it, but thankfully it came with a tool to adjust those screws so I already fixed that problem. The drawer, on the other side, is not well adjusted so it opens very easily, I think it fell short on a few measurements. But the biggest issue in my case is that none of the leg latches fits into place to secure the legs in the standing position, again it looks like a measurement issue, I've seen other reviews where they fit perfectly, I'm afraid of forcing them in and damaging the legs, so I won't. But anyways even if they fitted I think that the metal pieces might end up cracking the legs at some point, it would be better to use metal to protect the holes where the latches fit so they aren't in direct contact with the wood But overall I really liked it and it would be perfect if I had gotten one without any defects

It came assembled, it just needed adjusting for height. Well-made, looks exactly as pictured, has a smooth surface for either writing or scrolling, and it's big enough to hold my granddaughter's Chromebook and a pad of paper to write on. It's light enough to be portable and it folds smoothly. I love the drawer as it can hold plenty of pens or small gadgets that she'll need for her online classes.

I had another lap desk that I stopped using a long time ago. it wasn't adjustable and wasn't very wide. I decided to give it another try and this time focused on adjustability. I actually saw this in a YouTube/TikToc Best of Amazon video. What I like: The adjustable height of the overall desk. Its great. I can set it for exactly how high I need it The hardware. the lock for the legs (open & closed) works great and is simple to engage/disengage. The stand to change the of angle the desk is metal, not plastic. The included hex key that you can store in the drawer; great. The features. The removable book rest is great if you want to use your laptop or take it off to set another tray on top. And it stores easily in the added drawer when not in use. The added drawer! That's the best addition. The cell phone rest with the hole to thread your charge cable through: these are all great details someone really thought about Manufacturing. It is well made and well finished, with no sharp or chipped edges. There is nothing on here that would prevent me leaving a child around this desk. Dislike: I would have said the price, but the features and finish make this desk worth it. I would not say it is lightweight, but it isn't heavy. It just might be a bit awkward carrying it around in the folded up position (not really a carrying handle), but this one wasn't a discriminator for me. If it was too light items on top might not be well supported or it might tip over if unbalanced. These are not issues with its current weight

I have struggled to find tables of this size that let me turn them into a floor or bed desk (they're either too low or too high), so this one really stood out. It works fine but the surface is uneven: the middle of the table lifts to become a drawing table but it doesn't sit flush and even with the rest of the table when it's lying down which makes for a frustrating experience. The polish and construction isn't great and to be honest, the table is very overpriced for what it is. I can't imagine it should have cost more than 60-70 CAD.

The tray was supposed to have USB fans but the one I got didn’t. I noticed this is a reoccurring issue with several buyer facing the same problem when ordering this model. It seems the seller doesn’t know how to read the labels on their boxes! Or it’s out of stock and they’re banking on us just giving up and settling for what we got! Which is what I was going to do. But on top of it being the wrong model the tray was too heavy and the legs’ hight was difficult to adjust without using a measuring tape! I have no time for that! I returned it.

I love this mini desk. Very versatile, well made, and nice to look at. Well worth the money, I would highly recommend.

Very good quality laptop table, have cooling fan even my macbook doesn't need this, lol. The height of the table is adjustable. Ideally used for people who use laptop in their bed, which is good for me as I'm lazy,haha. But I also use it to put on my desk so that I can use my laptop stand on the floor instead of sitting on the chair all day long. The product also has the smell of bamboo, I love it!

I've never ordered furniture online as usually I prefer to see in front of me before buying - in this case I gave it a shot and happy I did. I didn't buy to use with laptop, as i have a very comfy lounge chair too low to reach keyboard etc, I just needed a platform to use a keyboard and mouse - and this works perfectly! I'll never use the fans but the wood and make is solid and feels higher quality than expected. I'm sure it'll have many usages in time.
