Yes. I used it on a foundation and it worked great!

Is this good for sloped concrete pads?

Depends on how severe the slope is but it should work otherwise.

Can you use it to reset a loose fireplace hearth stone?

For that I would use a construction adhesive, not a caulk.

Can you use this on indoor concrete walls?

I've used this product on inside concrete cinder block walls with no problem. I like its textured consistency. Know that this product will break down over time when exposed to direct sunlight like a west or south facing concrete outside wall.
