The only problem is that the inner lining comes loose. I would prefer a one piece unit that the whole unit could be washed.

A quality case!
I received this exact case with one of my Invisalign kits- and it's probably the best quality case out of the 6 or more types/brands I've used since beginning with Invisalign 3 yrs ago and now still using retainers.It's made of super solid material. It has a nice hinge that holds any position and the small built-in magnet keeps it securely closed, so it doesn't leak moisture or come open in a toiletry bag or purse. I think the liner must have some anti-bacterial property because it stays nice without much care. All cases eventually get icky and smelly overtime even with regular cleaning, but based on my previous experience with various retainer cases, this one stayed nice the longest. Glad to be back to using one of these cases!
