Is this compatible with amcrest ai nvr's only? cause if it is then i dont want it

No, it will work with standard NVR's, you'll have to login to the camera from a pc to setup tripwire and breach. You'll see it highlight people and cars or whatever. I have the 8MP (4K) ones and they work beautifully on my standard Amcrest NVR until I upgraded to an Amcrest HD NVR.

Can this work with my ring doorbell.and floodlights

No. Ring uses an encrypted app based system for connecting devices. This camera is an IP based system. Only ring brand cameras will work directly with a ring system.

What junction box is compatible with this camera?

Four square outdoor box or stand alone is fine as well.

Can I view recordings on the SD card without removing it, ie on my phone or computer?

You should be able to review recordings on the camera from your phone via the Amcrest app you use to setup the camera during installation.
