Hi,I’m guessing it will as you cut it to the size you require,depending on size of cake you may need 2 lots .

Is this gluten & dairy free? I can’t quite tell from the ingredient list.

I not know it was a thin fondant icing sheet , does fondant normally have gluten and dairy in ?? Wouldn’t think so from appearance .

What I remember (did it in February) you just peeling off from the foil. Also you got instructions included so not to worry. Was easy to use and easy to trim it.
