Coleman Chiller Series Insulated Portable Soft Cooler, Leak-Proof 16 Can Capacity Lunch Cooler with Ice Retention

Here's a portable lunch bag that I carry to work every day. It's good for either room temperature or cold food. I've never tried to transport hot food in this.There is an insulated, hard plastic lining around the inside of the bag. Anyway I take imitation ice lining it along the bottom the bag, I freeze one 16 oz water solid and I put a refrigerated mini 7 oz Gatorade next to the water; this merely acts a mini fridge for my food. I place a homemade salad in a container on top of the Gatorade and water. I add my little bag of junk food on top of the salad and I plenty of space to put something else I want to.The lunch bag holds the chill for at least 120 hours while I'm at work. It does what it's supposed to do.There's a netted compartment on the inside of the lid if you want to slide a bag of sliced fruit inside for a snack. There's an external zipper compartment if you want to put napkins or utensils in your bag.This bag is portable and super convenient, and it makes my eating simple at work. Nothing has to go into a public fridge and my food is always within my sight. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I bought two of these. I use one for drinks and snacks and one for my supplements, ibuprofen and basic health needs. The one for food and drinks keeps things cold with one ice pack in the bottom. Food and drinks are easily accessible. The traveling medicine cabinet I don't put an ice pack in. It keeps things organized and at a consistent temperature I would definitely buy again

This product is super durable and the removable liner on the inside makes for easy cleaning.

Elastic straps on top and loops didn't last long. Otherwise holding up ok. Small lunch boxes always balance between insulation and capacity. This one traded insulation for capacity. If you leave your box in a vehicle, this is not for you. If you can keep it cool, it works great. As a gauge, I can put frozen hamburgers in it with an ice pack, keep it in an office and they are always thawed by lunch time.

Second one I bought. Small but you can get cans and bottles of water in it with lots of loose ice and does not leak. Best for just an afternoon on the boat. Have never carried food in it. Would not recommend it for anything but sandwiches and such. Love this cooler.

This was purchased for someone who gets a short lunch break, doesn't have access to a fridge or microwave, and likes to keep a lot of snack on hand as well as a good-size lunch. So far we're pleased with it, him with the use and me with the packing/cleaning/ maintaining of it.It seems to be one of the better-made lunch boxes in this price range. The stitching, zippers, material, etc. are fairly rugged. I would have preferred a heftier zipper, but no problems so far. I like that the handles are stitched to the side (instead of the lid like one model I looked at.) The pocket in front is a good size for utensils, napkins, and even storing one's cell phone. A mesh pocket in the top holds small items (condiment packages, more napkins, energy bar, etc.) nicely. I think the primary user has only used the exterior mesh pockets and cords a couple times, so no comment on those. They might get more use come summer for water bottles, but they seem awfully tight for that.I wasn't sure about the hard plastic liner, but decided to try using the unit with it. Good decision since the lid popped off a container when the entire unit hit the ground (my fault for not using a screw-top container) and sauce went everywhere. What would have been a messy clean up had the insert not been in was an easy two-minute, soap and hot water fix. I do notice that the insert scuffs easily, but most people probably aren't going to be using it in as rough conditions with it bouncing around so much.Ideally, I wish the bottom was a hard surface that could be easily washed with soap/water and that the whole unit was about an inch deeper front-to-back, but this unit had so much else going for it that those were not deal-breakers.

This bag was delivered on July 24th, and I have used it many times already. I've put it on my bike, carried it on my shoulder, and stuffed it into my day pack. The photo attached shows the green is more of an emerald color in person, as opposed to the army green on the website.This cooler is a good bag for carrying just about anything. Its white liner is great for toting things with ice or things that are prone to leaking. It also makes the bag rigid, but the bag holds its shape very well without it. Its front pocket is large enough for silverware or small items, but is not water tight in any way. The interior grey lining is not water tight either, as it has seams instead of continuous material in a bathtub design. The entire bag is insulated.This particular Coleman bag is narrow enough to fit on the back of my bike. The length abuts the seat, but does not hang over the back so much that it reduces the effectiveness of my tail light in any way. I used two bungee cords to tightly secure it to the rack, but a sideways dismount threw off the balance and the bag fell to the ground. It is worth mentioning that the glass bottles I had inside were undamaged (used the rigid white liner). Am buying a cargo net bungee today. ;)The interior of both the liner and the bag itself are easy to clean. The lid pocket is a thoughtful touch. I can store something extra like a sandwich or another ice pack that will stay in place above the other things I've packed inside. Overall, I am very pleased with this cooler. Would 10/10 buy again.

This is replacing an older Coleman I had for 10 years that I just loved and utilized as my daily lunch bag for work. It was time and due for a change. This one is just like the old one I had except for the colour...the features are the same. The only week point I see on this one is the durability of the zipper. I will try to remember to be deliberate when I open and close it as to not to damage it. Do not force or tug on this zipper...if you do you will be very disappointed. Other than that I find the interior tray facilitates cleaning & maintenance of this bag for a day to day lunch bag for work. Given the price of this bag, it’s features...I feel it is a great buy & value for its intended purpose.

Esta hielera esta muy bien hecha.Buscaba una hielera no muy grande portátil para llevar mi comida al trabajo, así como para transportar mi botellas de agua.El bolso contiene una bandeja de plático removible que permite un mejor manejo del contenido.Me encantan el bolso delatero, pues ahí transporto las servilletas y cubierto.La bandeja de plástico mide de ancho 14 cm y largo 28.5cm. Perfectamente caben botellas de litro de agua y mis termos.Es de fácil limpieza.Le doy las 5 estrellas porque cumple con mis expectativas. Advierto que no es una hielera que conserve mucho tiempo los alimentos fríos. Pero para mis necesidades, sí aguantan mis alimentos conservados 6 horas.

I bought this for my fiancé to use for bringing his lunch to work since he works 12 hour shifts and brings snacks. The hard plastic liner is great and the reason I got the lunchbox! He says it keeps his food cool throughout the day. It’s also pretty big and could probably carry a lot of food. Overall really satisfied!

I'm really disappointed with this product. I bought it because of the hard inner liner that easy to clean. The problem is everything else in the construction. Cheap materials and zippers with pockets that are to small for anything. But the cooker itself is very narrow and not good for any lunch containers

Buena calidad.Mantiene frío por un par de horas las 16 latas.Si se agrega una bolsa de gel enfriador sirve mucho mejor y mantiene el frío por más tiempo, pero ya no caben 16 latas.Otro tema es que si se usan latas largas y más delgadas que las estándar (como las de corona light) tampoco caben 16 latas.
