Bonine is very good
Bonine is very good for dizziness and vertigo and the chewable option is great if you are out and suddenly experience dizziness. I have used it for years and carry it in my purse.

I get terrible motion sickness but these tablets help keep me well on an 8 day cruise to the Caribbean, and we even had some rough waters.

These work well for my vertigo. They don't make me quite as sleep as regular meclizine does. I don't have to use them often, but when I do, they are very helpful.
