Most of the 12v fridges and batteries available for sale are made by Alpicool in China. They are just rebranded. The fridges are excellent, not a single complaint. The batteries do have quality control issues. This one charged up great. I bought 3 batteries from another vendor (same product) and one of them died quite quickly. I noticed that it was self discharging much faster than the other batteries, and when I plugged it in to charge it would only charge to 3/4 full. I left the battery in the fridge and the charge continued to decrease until not holding a charge at all. Most likely one or more bad cells in the battery.This one is holding up like the other good ones. I did notice that when comparing serial numbers, this good battery was only around 100 after the bad one.

Not being able to charge this outside of the fridge. It will only change while on the fridge and the fridge connected to power. Not a huge deal as I always plug in my fridge the day before an adventure to bring the fridge to temperature. But it would be nice to be able to charge this battery in a standalone setting.This product has met and exceeded my expectations.In summary, the CHANGE MOORE Dual Zone Car Refrigerator Detachable Battery is a must-have for anyone who loves outdoor activities. Poor quality, I charged it 3 times and now it will not hold a charge. Cooler goes to F1 (Low Battery) mode within 2 minutes.

I bought this even after reading the negative reviews. Frankly, no other brand of battery came up in the search so I managed my expectations- about 2 hours of charging time if I was “unlucky” and 5 to 8 hours of charging time if I was lucky.I bought a solar generator specifically for my camp refrigerator then left the house WITHOUT the charging cord for the refrigerator- no way to plug it into the generator. Realized this about 7p. Had to go back home to get it but didn’t do that until 12:00pm the next day. This battery ran my refrigerator for about 17 hours going from 12.6v to 11.4v. Not that much of a drop. It gets better. That night, I plug the refrigerator into the solar generator but forget the “turn on” the AC outlet side of the generator (this is like plugging something in at home but forgetting to turn on the light switch) so this little battery works another night and day.I’d buy this again and would recommend it to everyone:). But, let me provide additional context because maybe my “prep time” helped.1st- I let the refrigerator set upright not plugged in for 24hr (as advised by an over lander YouTuber).2nd- I adjusted my temps and let the refrigerator run at those temps for 24 hrs.3rd- I plugged the battery into the refrigerator to charge it. It only charges through the refrigerator.4th- I plugged the refrigerator in while driving (used the cigarette lighter adapter).Everything was working and charged when I got to camp. When I went back home to get the cord, I took the refrigerator with me so the battery was charging (and the food was guaranteed to stay cold).Plenty of “blonde” moments the entire trip but this battery did what it was supposed to do and more! I’m a fan:).

currenlty running in a 100qt vevor fridge.i also orderd the bougie rv battery. they are identical based on the data plate, even down to the part number. just something to examine with pricing.i don't know if its a car, fridge, or battery issue, but i can't get more than a 60% charge out of the 12v cigarette lighter. in the garage using 120vac, it gets a full charge. not sure which device is faulty.with that, at 60% it ran my fridge comfortably for 12hrs(could have even been longer) with my 100qt set on economy settings.i have not tried my solar panel yet, or charging from the solar generator. only a single outing so far, so no notes on longevity.

Didn't even last a year. Worked great, till it didn't. Shows it has a charge but refrigerator keeps showing low voltage and will not run. I can't seem to utilize the warranty since they have no contact.
