I don't have central AC in my house and only have a window unit swamp cooler. My bedroom doesn't stay super cool and can be a bit warm at times. I bought this after seeing someone rave about it on tiktok and I am not disappointed. I am the type of person that has to sleep with some sort of blanket on me or I can't fall asleep and this blanket actually does keep me cool. So much so that there are times I wake up actually cold and have to pull another blanket over me but it still keeps me cool enough that I don't overheat and have to kick the extra blanket back off in a few minutes. There was even a night last week that I went to go to bed and realized my cat left me a surprise on this blanket so I had to throw it in the washer and sleep with just a normal blanket that night and I about died from overheating and slept horrible. I am going to be like a little kid with their blankie from now on with this thing!! If you are a warm sleeper, BUY IT NOW!!! You won't regret it.

I absolutely LOVE this blanket and pillow case. They’re kind of cool to the touch. What I love about it is it keeps my body temp regulated through the night. Our power went out for 2 days and I wrapped up in this and never sweated even though it was 90 outside. Love it so much I bought 3 as gifts. My hubby loves his too! Even my dogs lay on it now. Guess they need their own too. 🐶🐶🐶

I was skeptical of this product because I just couldn’t wrap my head around how a blanket could stay cool, but I was desperate for anything to help me with night sweats! This blanket is definitely cool to touch and does provide some relief. I don’t sleep with it on me (or at least I haven’t in the first week I’ve owned it), but my process is to keep it next to the bed to pull on when I wake up from being so hot. It’s a wonderful cooling sensation to help me get back to a normal temp and go back to sleep. I find if it stays too long on my body it will heat up pretty quickly so I move it around. It’s not helping me sleep through the night/stop me from waking up, but it does provide relief when I do wake up in the middle of the night. I also bought the pillowcase and find that gives significant relief. Again, it will heat up after you’ve been in one spot for a little while, but I move my head to another part of the pillow and it feels great. Both the blanket and the pillowcase are a great tool, but certainly not a cure to keep me from waking up in the middle of the night so hot and sweaty.

I was totally skeptical at first, and was pleasantly surprised by the way this blanket works. Primarily got it for when watching TV on the leather sofa. Leather often can get warm and uncomfortable after a while. Putting this down makes it much better. So much so that I've been sleeping with it at night, it totally helps keep you at the right temperature.

This blanket has been absolutely great! It kept me cooler at night than I was expecting. I definitely recommend this blanket.

My wife is a hot sleeper. We've been through lots of mats and other ideas to give her some relief but this is the best solution we've found so far. The fabric does have a cooling effect and feels good against the skin. Maybe a little expensive for the perceived cost but worth it in performance.

My husband and I camp allot and with this heat and being blanket lovers, this blanket is amazing. Really great material, one side really cool in temp and the other side has that soft jersey material on it that will keep you dry when sweating.

I'm always having trouble sleeping because of the heat. This blanket really makes you feel really cool during the entire night. I slept early, deep and got ho feeling more refreshed than normally.

I like the blanket, it has good colours, it is light, looks good. But it isn't cooling, I wasn't sure what to expect by reading "cooling", I hoped it would cool my partner , it does not make it very hot either, but so does the old cover sheet.

I used this cooling blanket on the hottest days and found that it works really well. It is much better than a quilt cover or a thin quilt. I like to use the cotton side as a bed sheet or a cover and it feels so comfortable and cool when it touches my skin. The size of the blanket is perfect, big enough for me to move around freely and stay cool too. The blanket has a light weight and is suitable for travelling

I bought this being a little doubtful, on arrival I saw it is made of good quality material and the seams are well finished.I’ve used it now for a few weeks and I am completely satisfied so much so I recommended it to my friend who also purchased. My night flashes have been reduced greatly and I don’t wake up as much during the night.
