Incredibly sleazy forerunner to the Nazi-exploitation films of the 70's. A possibly semi-interesting story of army officers going into a Nazi camp is here just an excuse for good looking women to be undressed, abused & humiliated by the officers. Technically the film isn't great, some strange and frankly bad shot choices, lighting is terrible, the non existent pacing and the obvious low budget was a hurdle the pic just couldn't overcome. Acting wise it's bizarre, supposed British army officers speaking with an American accent that comes and goes at will, Bob Cresse as the Commandant is so over the top at times its almost funny and although his character is repellent he's the best thing in the film, the other actors are passable at the (very) best. The almost constant nudity and sexual violence was an obvious factor in its banning as a video nasty & subsequent refusal by the BBFC to pass it. Only nasties/naziploitation or bad movie collectors need apply here.
