Mosh is a delicious and nutritious brain and body fuel bar.
I purchased a mixed box of Mosh Brain and Body Fuel bars so my family could try the various flavors. They are all delicious! My husband's favorite flavor is Lemon White Chocolate Crunch. He ordered a box of 12 bars of the Lemon White Chocolate Crunch to refuel after tennis games or practice. Mosh is a great bar to have for on the go food fuel during a busy day, when traveling or after workouts or tennis games. We will continue to order Mosh protein bars due to the flavor, 12 grams protein, 180 calories, Vitamins B12 and D3, Lion's Man, Omega 3'w, Ashwagandha and flaxseed.

Taste AWFUL. Very chemical tasting. Waste of money. No refunds. Had to go right in the Garbage Forced to give a star to continue review. Should offer a negative 1 star.
