Worth it.
No more sore bum on long rides, no more nappy pants needed. After more than 300 miles of off road / trekking mountain bike riding I cannot fault this saddle. On a long ride it is easy to move backwards of forwards on the saddle to adjust your weight not only on the saddle but also as a result on the handlebars making for more comfortable long rides - no numbness or tingling.

My wife loves it.... have gone from hardly riding her 38 year old touring bike to having cycles out most weekends and three cycle holidays this year. Looks a little odd as mounts way back on seat post. Was riding a Brooks B17.

I recommend reading and understanding https
IMO, before buying any seat, I recommend reading and understanding [...] This will explain a lot about saddle choice. Before setting up any ISM seat, it is essential to read and understand the whole page at [...]- page down to the end and view the relevant 'medical images' at the bottom of the page. This page explains how this saddle should be set up and used. This saddle looks like it's basically conventional, with a short two-armed nose. It's not. Rather, the back part of the saddle is there to meet UCI requirements. If you rest your ischial tuberosities on the seat, they belong in front of the widest part, which is very different from any other seat. More important, ISM expects riders to support their weight by rolling their pubic rami forward onto the horns/arms of the seat. That way, the pubic nerve and the pudendal artery are partly in the groove, and mainly in front of the seat with nothing under them but air.If the horns really did act as a nose, they probably would be too wide for most people and cause chafing. But they are not noses - rather, properly used, the horns extend about half way into the crotch, and the thighs, for most people, probably don't contact the arms - I know my thighs didn't contact them, so I simply could not experience chafing due to the arms.I'm 72, short, and, alas, fat. Ultimately, my pubic rami could not take the pressure, and I can't use this seat. I wish I could - the total relief from perineal numbness is tremendously attractive. If you buy this, be sure and read, understand, and adhere to the setup page. If you don't, you'll probably find this seat to be too hard and to cause chafing - and you'll miss the benefit of freedom from perineal numbness.BTW, I ride about 10% faster on this seat than on my Brooks. I really wish I could get my rami to stop protesting.

Best seat, to date.
One of the best seats I've ever tried. I have to admit I was afraid it was going to be too hard when I first tried it. I chose this model because it's foam and gel, and I thought it would be softer than the just foam version, the Typhoon. But after a couple of rides and adjustments (review the ISM installation videos when first installing), it has become one of the most comfortable seat's I've tried. I have aero bars on my bike, and my conventional seat just caused too much pain in the groin area and I was numb after a ride (I am female) when I spent too much time riding aero. I put it on my bike while it was on a trainer and did some 30 mile rides with this seat, no numbness and I didn't notice the seat "hardness" after a couple of rides.I took it outside (finally!) for a 30 miler and was totally comfortable. I did have a couple of hot spots toward the end of the ride, but might just have been friction from the chamois. I highly recommend this seat. I did more of my ride on the aero bars with this seat than I have been able to do using any other seat, but riding more upright was fine too. No numbness when I got off the bike. One of my workout days I do a brick workout: I do a 30 minute ride then 30 minute run, and I do this ride in my running shorts with no chamois at all, and I am fine. In fact, I think that a less bulky chamois would help with the hot spots I referenced earlier.I previously used a Terry saddle, a Selle SMP and a Bontrager. This is by far the most comfortable seat of all. The Terry was ok, but not so great for riding in the aero position. I don't think everyone will love this seat, but I do.

Good but not for me
If you have issues with numbness, this will make it disappear, I guarantee you. I've tried tons of other saddles, even Cobb models, and nothing works like ISM. However, I find that this saddle is just too wide in the nose between the thighs for me. I set it up as instructed, way back, lowered, and tilted down, with my business riding off the front. I ended up having chaffing issues and a lot of discomfort along my ischial tuberosities no matter how I positioned it. And somehow even my sitbones were very sore despite that my pelvis is tilted forward while I'm riding in a semi-aero position. The discomfort might eventually go away, but it was causing some deeper bruising and the chaffing is a concern. I tried an ISM PN 3.0 and it addressed ALL those problems - I've never had a more comfortable saddle. And still zero numbness. Interestingly I found the 40 series foam on the PR2.0 to feel more firm than the 30 series on the PN 3.0. My only complaint is that the PN 3.0 is not quite wide enough in the rear to accommodate an upright riding position while the PR 2.0 is much better for upright riding. But since I'm mostly on aerobars or bent on the hoods or drops it's not really an issue.I can see how this saddle would work for the right physiology. But if you find split-nose saddles cause chaffing for you, this one probably won't work.

Still not the right saddle for a wide pelvis.
I gave this saddle more than a fair trial. Put it up on the trainer and worked with it for weeks. Took it out on rides where my old saddle would give me 40 miles without a twinge and this one was intolerable after 5 miles. Every position and tilt worsened the pain, and I have a pretty tough seat The design has no shape, but relies on a cutout alone, along with gel padding to do the work, and it does not effectively work with a woman's body in motion, to hold you in place with your ischial tuberosity. This was 'supposed' to be the correct size for me based on a 'professional' measurement from 2 local cycling shops, but those measurers were male, and apparently really don't understand female physiology. Buyer beware. The two saddles that work best for me are the Specialized Lithia Comp Gel and the Infinity Seat, both of which lock you in and let your sit bones do the balance and your core and legs do the work they are supposed to do.

This is my third Adamo saddle - and I love them. Three things make biking not so fun - sore crotch, stiff neck and cranky hands. This sure took care of the sore crotch. Made all the difference in the world to me. I'm still working on the other two (stretching my neck as I ride along and using aero bars when I can).

Good seat but didn't fit for me
Nice design but too wide in the middle. I found my inner thigh was rubbing. There was also morr pressure in different places than I was used to. I made all the recommended adjustments. I just could not make it work. I traded this from my body geometry specialized allez seat and was still sore just in different places. Went back to mt old seat.

Very comfortable for TT bike
This seat is very comfortable for long rides on my TT bike. I tried it with tri shorts as well and did not need extra padding that regular bike shorts offer. I am very satisfied with the comfort it offers. Make sure you go to their website for proper fitting. It may feel awkward in the beginning but if set correctly it provides great comfort.

Extremely comfortable
Extremely comfortable BUT takes getting used to (Took me a couple weeks, about 10-11 small 20 mile rides) but from day1 I knew the seat works/will work for me ---- I usually ride about 50 ~ 60 miles max on the weekend.

Looks like it's from outer space but it makes your parts feel like they are in heaven.
I'm a big guy and I struggled for years to find a comfortable saddle and I do believe I found it. Once you get over the way it looks and get into the way that it feels you'll be coming instant fan. 75 miles in the saddle and absolutely no numbness in the crotch area. Give it a shot because you have nothing to lose and if you don't like it you can return it.

Happy with it
I like it, it works, easy to install and allows me to get into more aero stance when doing my triathlons. Do wish it was slightly more comfortable, but definitely better than the default seat

Nice quality saddle but anatomically not the one for me
Great concept and good quality. However, the saddle just wasn’t for me. I kept getting a “funny bone” nerve feeling from the saddle compressing the nerve against my sit bone. Everyone’s anatomy is a little different so I would suggest trying the saddle before purchasing.

Seat is crooked!
The rails are visibly not symmetrical to each other. The seat tilts to the right. I am just now getting around to mounting the seat and fitting it for me. Unfortunately, I just noticed today but bought it several months ago.

Good Saddle
Good authentic product, well made, can sit upright on back of saddle or can get really aero on front nose comfortably. Be sure to go to the ISM website and study the setup information.
