Doesn’t light
I can’t get it to catch fire. I have tried everything. I just end up with burnt up lighters and singed fingers.

Quantity and Quality
There is no options to rate zero, Havan samgri needs to be fragrant and also if you read the description of this products it tell you all the nice ingredient mentioned. Good quality havan samgri has soothing fragrance without even opening the packet, This one was no where close to fragenrece and actual havan samgri, I have done lot of Havans, i was so highly disappointed with the quality of this product.
