Embroidered Plush Bunny With Child'S Name HandMade Custom Plush Toy Child'S First Easter Gift

I purchased two of these! The larger green and the smaller red! First shipment took forever and I finally found out they were an American company in or sources out to China. They sent my rabbits to a completely different address in another state!! Wow, really? So I sent them an email and disputed the delivery. They acted quite swiftly and did another set of bunnies and this time they sent to me free of charge! Yes, they refunded my money and sent two new bunnies! No other company would have done this and I was really surprised by their actions! So, in all fairness I give them 5 🌟I am completely happy! The bunnies were not here by Easter but they finally came and my Bride went absolutely nuts! It’s been a few years since I’ve bought or won a teddy bear for her! I used to play the crane in the arcade or in WalMarts entryway and win all the time! She (my Bride) has always been my good luck charm! Anywho, she couldn’t believe how soft these bunnies were! Plus they were personalized with her name and nickname on either bunnies ears! She’s been my Bride of nearly 27 years & the simplest & little things are still the best!

Customer service with this company is outstanding !Had a slight issue with bunny and this company was on it. Offered new bunny and refund and overnight del. I decided to keep the one I got , they are awesome The bunny is adorable

I gave this beautiful little bunny to a friends little girl. She enjoyed so. With her name on the ears it made this little toy personal and special.

My niece loves it. So if she’s happy I’m happy. Soft and cuddly and travels everywhere with her. The embroidery was nicely done. Colors were vibrant. Big size, the stitching though may need to be a bit better but it COULD be how much she takes it everywhere.

Impressed with the size! The bunny is very soft, I love that you can personalize the bunny and make it custom for your little one. The bunny is worth the price and is a good quality. The colors are as expected and are the same tone depicted.

I don't even know where to begin. I ordered four of these on March 29 to be placed in the kids' Easter baskets. At checkout and in follow-up communications, I was told it would take about a week and a half to arrive. As time passed and I still hadn’t received them, I checked on my order and reached out. I was told they’d arrive by April 18th the latest stating shipping delay, which I assumed would still allow enough time. When they still had not arrived on the 18th I reached out again and the seller updates their delivery date to April 25th so Amazon states they can't do anything because it's technically not past the delivery date. It's been past the delivery date over and over- the seller modifies it!The seller repeatedly reassured me the items would arrive before Easter, so I didn’t cancel the order or look for alternatives. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until the Monday after Easter—completely missing the occasion! I had even asked not to have them delivered and instead requested a refund. That was ignored. To make matters worse, the seller refuses to take the items back and instead offered only a 20% discount for the delay, which still hasn’t been applied. I was also charged $1.88 for shipping despite the listing clearly stating free shipping.The product itself is disappointing—the embroidery is poorly done, stitched right through the ear so the back side looks messy and unfinished. This detail is conveniently not shown in any of the product photos. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish, and the product quality did not live up to expectations. I will now be reporting this charge on my card! The only thing that I liked was the green color of one of the bunnies. It's a pretty green for Easter.

Bunny is adorable, but not at all squishy, and a bit on the "too firm" side. Embroidery is nice 🙂
